My world consists of pain. An inner pain only I can feel. A physical pain only I can feel. Yet it can be seen by others ,family and friends. They ignore it, they show they dont care.
They overlook it as if its a terminal disease they will catch if they aknowledge it, so they never do. Only making my pain worse, grow. Like a surealistic dream that tears and rips at my soul.
