Chapter - 89

Ishaan: Appa, fishhh

On hearing Ishaan, Ishika joined him.

Ishika: Appa, fishhhyyyyy fishhh

Reyansh and Vaishu chuckled on hearing them and he carried both of them and kissed their cheeks.

Reyansh: My prince and princess wants fish ? Do you like fish muffins ?

Ishaan: hmmm fishhh

Vaishu: They had got addicted to its taste since the first time we fed them in the cruise. 

Reyansh: So what, they can eat anything they wanted and we won't stop them unless its harmful to their health. Ishu, Ishi shall we go to kitchen and appa will fry fish for you ?

Ishaan and Ishika started squealing in excitement and they reached the kitchen. Reyansh made them sit on their high baby seat and tied an apron before he took the fish from the freezer.

Vaishu: Good thing we informed Lakshman to store fish before arrived here. 

Together they marinated the fish with spices and Reyansh started frying it. The aroma of the fish fry made Ishaan excited. He was calling his father urging him to serve the fish quickly. Vaishu pulled Reyansh's shirt and gestured him to look at Ishu and Ishi.

He turned around and laughed out loud on seeing Ishaan with a pout and sniffing the aroma. On seeing Reyansh's attention on him Ishaan showed his hands to be picked up. Reyansh passed the ladle to Vaishu and carried Ishaan in his arms and showed him the fish being fried.

Ishaan still had the pout sniffing the smell and clapped his hands. Vaishu served the fish in a plate and placed it before Ishu babies who were made seated on the island with Reyansh standing next to them. Reyansh cut the pieces and blew it before he started feeding Ishaan and Ishika who were moving their body back and forth smiling and enjoying the fish.

Vaishu: They are exactly like you in choice of foods.

Reyansh: Like father like children. Isn't it muffins ?

Ishika picked a small piece of fish with her thumb and forefinger and fed Reyansh. Once they were done Reyansh cleaned their hands and mouth and they returned to the room. He waited until they fell asleep and saw Vaishu too was asleep. He covered them duvet and entered his study informing one of the maid to call Mithun to meet him.

He was watching the TV leaning on the desk. Mithun entered the room and sat on the couch.

Reyansh: Hope I didn't disturb you.

Mithun: No, why did you call me ?

Reyansh: Just wanted to know the aftermath of what we executed.

Mithun: Nothing bad. Everything was according to our plan. The chief secretary's son and Lavanya's mother were arrested exactly like we framed them. Police has set a team in search for Jagan and Lavanya. Two more child missing case has been filed against them to prove that they are involved in child trafficking.

Both their photos are in wanted list and police has announced a reward for giving them hint of their whereabouts. The chief secretary, his son were thrown out of the party. I don't think the party will have any chances in future.

Kajal's father wanted our presence in the swearing ceremony the day after tomorrow but I denied his request knowing both you and Vaishu well. Your guess was right, someone else has been recommended for Ministry of Finance and once the ceremony is over I will meet the minister with Kajal's father.

Anything else my lord ?

Reyansh: Well you have handled everything so you are free to go enjoy your time with your fiance.

Mithun: By evening I will check on the arrangements for the birthday party.

Reyansh: No, I will take care of it. You relax for sometime now. 

Mithun hummed and left the study. Reyansh with Lakshman reached the garden where the arrangements were being done for the party. Reyansh crouched before the bike he had bought for Ishaan and touched the accelerator with a smile.

Reyansh: Ishaan will love this gift the most. Am I right Lakshman ?

Lakshman: Ofcourse sir. All the toys will be delivered tonight and by morning all the work will be done. 

Reyansh saw the unicorn swing he had bought for Ishika was yet to fixed and ambled towards it. 

Reyansh: Why is this not fixed yet ? Lakshman, I don't want any excuses so make sure this is fixed first. 

Lakshman: Sir, people are close to complete their work in setting Ishu babies personalized play area. I will make sure everything is done sir. 

Reyansh: You better be. What about the things Vaishu has informed you ?

Reyansh: Everything taken care already. The news will published in all the daily papers tomorrow and I have given the details to the media to announce it through news channels.

Reyansh took a tour of all the arrangements and returned to room. A smile appeared on his lips on seeing the three angels asleep. He laid next to Vaishu and wrapped his arms around her waist. Vaishu turned facing him and snuggled into him. Reyansh kissed her forehead.

Vaishu: Where did you go ?

Reyansh: To check on the arrangements for tomorrow. I thought you were sleeping.

Vaishu opened her eyes and kissed his chest. Rubbing her cheeks against his chest she snuggled more into him.

Vaishu: I got a call from Neelam and couldn't sleep after the call. She said the costumes will be delivered tonight.

Reyansh looked at Ishu babies and caressed their hair gently.

Reyansh: I couldn't believe how fast time goes on. It was like yesterday I carried them when they were born and now we will be celebrating their first birthday tomorrow.

Vaishu: Someone will be very busy tomorrow then. 

Reyansh scooped her and laid her above him. Holding her chin he tilted her face to look at him.

Reyansh: If I will be busy then what will you be doing Mrs. Reyansh ? Actually it should be complaining and not the other way. I always find time for you no matter how busy I am and you know that very well Avi. Now tell me what should I do for you tomorrow.

Vaishu: I was just teasing you Ansh. Tomorrow is the most important day of our life. We met for the first time and our Ishu, Ishi were born. This day is very special for us and we will together make it memorable for us and Ishu babies.

Reyansh: I can't wait for tomorrow Avi. Ishi will look so pretty in the costume. I loved it when I just looked at it. My daughter will look like a little angel.

Vaishu: Now you have given my nick name to Ishi.

Reyansh chuckled and bit her cheek gently earning a smack from Vaishu.

Reyansh: You are my angel and our babies are our little angels so how does that mean I have given your nick name to Ishi ? She is my princess but you are my queen. 

Vaishu: hmmm. Hold me like this and let me sleep for sometime.

Reyansh hummed and started raking his fingers through her hair until she fell asleep. 

By night all their costumes were delivered from Neelam's boutique and Reyansh checked all the arrangements for the next day before he retired to sleep.
