I wake up in some sort of cabin. Is it the one by the lake or is it a different one? Are we back home in the Seam. That's when I feel the pain shooting from my shoulder to my wrist. I groan a little bit and I look at my shoulder see it stitched up with string that we use sometimes. I go to touch it

"You're awake! Don't touch" Lucy Gray says taking my hand

"Where are we?" I say a bit confused

"We're in the cabin by the lake, you got shot" Lucy Gray says rubbing the back of my hand with her thumb

"How long have I been asleep?" I ask

"A couple days" Lucy Gray says

"Let's sit you up, ok? Be careful of your shoulder" Lucy Gray says

"Ok" I say as Lucy Gray helps me sit up

I wince in pain as the shooting pain gets worse when I sit up. Lucy Gray used something so my arm is in a sling but it still hurts a lot

"It hurts" I say whimpering a little bit

"I know, I'm sorry" Lucy Gray says as she keeps holding me up in a sitting position

"How about something to eat, are you hungry?" Lucy Gray asks

I hadn't noticed how hungry I was until Lucy Gray asked if I was hungry

"Yeah I am, I'm so hungry" I say

"We have some berries and fish" Lucy Gray says

"Berries please" I say

Lucy Gray nods and leans me against a wall. She goes and gets some berries from a cabinet and she puts them in my lap. I eat the berries with my good arm trying not to stuff my face with them because I am so hungry. I finish the berries and I hand the jar back to Lucy Gray. She puts the jar down

"Let's walk around for a little bit it's a beautiful day" Lucy Gray says helping me stand up

The pain gets worse as I stand up and tears start to come to my eyes

"I want to sit back down" I say trying not to cry from the pain

"You have to walk around a little bit" Lucy Gray says opening the cabin door and helping me walk

"I don't want to" I say irritated

I am only irritated because I am in pain and I want to sit back down

"You have to" Lucy Gray says walking beside me

I sigh and keep walking

"Have they found us yet?" I ask as we keep walking for a bit longer

"No. Not yet. But I think they will find us soon" Lucy Gray says

"What are we going to do if they do find us?" I ask

"I think we will stay here until everything blows over with the mayor and everything. Then we will go back to the Seam" Lucy Gray says

How long do you think it will take for everything to blow over?" I ask

"A couple weeks at most" Lucy Gray says

"Let's get back to the cabin, I think this is enough walking for today" Lucy Gray says leading me back to the cabin

I sit down a bit out of breath from walking

"Lucy Gray?" I ask hesitantly

"Yes sweetheart?" Lucy Gray says
