Oliver and his family tried to live the next few days as normally as they could after the attack at the Quidditch World Cup. Despite the harrowing experience, they managed to find solace and strength in the comfort of their day-to-day activities. However, soon it was time for Oliver to return to Hogwarts. As he followed the usual routine of walking through Platform 9 ¾ and boarding the Hogwarts Express, he couldn't help but reminisce about the days when this journey filled him with great anxiety. Now, though, it has become a familiar and almost calming routine, reminding him of his growth.

"Anything off the trolley, dears?" the lady with the trolley asked.

Ron quickly sprang to his feet. "A packet of Drooble's Best Blowing Gum, please."

Oliver looked over at Hermione. "Do you want anything?"

She shook her head, a smile playing on her lips.

"Are you sure? You better not steal any of mine," he teased.

Hermione laughed and playfully nudged him as Oliver stood up. "Don't worry, I won't take a single piece," she replied.

"Two pumpkin pasties, please," said a voice coming down the hall. Oliver looked up and saw Cho approaching.

"Oh, hello Oliver," she said with a warm smile.

"Hey, Cho," Oliver replied, returning the smile.

The lady behind the trolley handed Cho her sweets, and Cho expressed her gratitude. "Thank you very much," she said, flashing another smile at Oliver before walking away with her treats.

The lady turned her attention back to Oliver. "Anything for you, dear?" she asked.

"I'll take a pack of chocolate frogs, please."

Oliver got the chocolate frogs and sat back down. Before Oliver could grab any, Hermione swiftly reached into the pack and pilfered a few.

He looked at Hermione with an exaggeratedly dramatic face, attempting to play up the theatrics. "Are you joking, Hermione?"

Hermione couldn't help but giggle as she shamelessly stuffed the stolen chocolate frogs into her mouth.

Oliver turned to Ron and Harry, both of whom were laughing heartily. "Never get girlfriends, guys," he joked.

Hermione playfully slapped Oliver's shoulder. "Oh, shut up! You know you love me."

"Who was that girl you were talking to, Oliver?" Harry asked.

"You mean Cho?" Oliver responded with a mouthful of chocolate frogs.

"Yeah, I think so."

"That's my brother's girlfriend."

"Really?" Harry said, surprise evident in his tone.

"I know, shocking, right?" Oliver chuckled, swallowing the last remnants of the chocolate frogs.

Harry stayed silent for a moment, the teasing from Oliver hanging in the air.

"Why? Do you fancy her?" Oliver teased.

Harry stayed silent once again, pondering his response.

Oliver's playful smile faded, replaced with a gentle understanding. "Oh," he said, his voice filled with a newfound empathy.
