Hermione Granger stood on Oliver's lawn for a moment, ready to have dinner with him and his family. She felt a wave of nervousness wash over her, even though she already knew his brother and sister. It was a significant step in their relationship, and she couldn't help but feel the weight of it all.

Hermione took a deep breath before finally knocking on the door.

Henry opened the door with a smile that faded slightly when he spotted Hermione. "Oh, Hermione, what's up?" he asked casually, his tone lacking the usual warmth.

"Not much," Hermione replied awkwardly, her uncertainty evident in her voice as she searched for something to say.

"Uh huh," Henry responded, his smirk becoming more pronounced. "Oliver! My future sister-in-law has arrived!" he boomed, his voice echoing down the hall.

Hermione couldn't help but feel a slight pang of nervousness upon hearing Henry's words. The idea of becoming a part of Oliver's family was exciting, yet it also brought forth a wave of apprehension. She knew that Henry had always been protective of his younger brother, and she hoped that she would be able to earn his approval.

Oliver approached them, and as his eyes fell upon Hermione, he couldn't help but feel his heart skip a beat. The sight of her evoked a rush of emotions, and he found himself falling in love with Hermione all over again. "Hey there, gorgeous," he said with a smile, his voice filled with genuine affection.

"Oh, stop, Ollie," Hermione replied, a deep blush spreading across her cheeks as she shyly averted her gaze.

Oliver extended his arm out for her, his gesture a silent invitation. "Come on in," he said softly, his eyes never leaving hers.

Hermione's heart fluttered as she reached out and gently grasped his offered arm. A tingle of warmth surged through her as their hands connected. With a playful glint in her eyes, she teased, "Such a gentleman," her laughter bubbling forth.

As they stepped into the house together, Hermione couldn't contain the happiness that filled her. Being in Oliver's presence always made her feel safe and cherished.

"You must be Hermione Granger!" Oliver's mom exclaimed with delight as they walked into the living room. She quickly embraced Hermione, planting a gentle kiss on her cheek.

"It's so good to finally meet you, Mrs. Montclair."

"Likewise, sweetheart," Mrs. Montclair responded, a smile lighting up her face. "My, oh my, you are absolutely beautiful. My baby boys definitely know how to pick their women, that's for sure."

Hermione blushed at the compliment, feeling a surge of gratitude for the kind words from Oliver's mother. Amongst the warm and inviting atmosphere of the Montclair household, she couldn't help but feel a sense of belonging.

"Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you," Oliver said. "Henry is having his girlfriend come over too. She should be here any minute."

"Henry has a girlfriend?" Hermione asked, puzzled.

"I know, it's a shocker, right? Who would ever want to date that dumbass over there?"

"I heard that!" Henry said, his voice carrying from down the hall.

"You were supposed to," Oliver replied, his tone light-hearted and mocking.

Hermione couldn't help but chuckle at the banter between the brothers.

Hermione looked around, noticing the absence of Isabella. "Where is Isabella?"

"She's over at her friend's house."

"Oh, is she still coming with us to the World Cup?" Hermione asked.

"Yeah, I think so," Oliver reassured, a hint of excitement in his voice.

Just then, Mrs. Montclair called out for Henry. "Henry! Can you come help me with something?"

"Sure," Henry said, walking into the kitchen obediently.

There was suddenly a knock on the door, and Oliver quickly shouted, "I'll get it!"

"If you say anything embarrassing, I'm gonna kill you!" Henry called out jokingly from the kitchen, earning a chorus of laughter from the family.

Oliver's heart raced with anticipation as he opened the door, uncertain of what he would find on the other side. He had seen Henry date a variety of girls in the past, but he could never quite predict his brother's taste.

To his astonishment, Oliver found himself staring at a vision of loveliness. Standing before him was a beautiful girl with jet black hair, dressed in an elegant black dress and a radiant smile adorned her face, illuminating the room with her presence.

Oliver was too stunned to speak; all he could manage to get out was a hesitant "uhhh, Hi..."

"Hello there, you must be Oliver, right?" the girl asked, her warm smile shining brightly.

"I guess so," Oliver replied, still captivated by her beauty and struggling to find his words.

The girl laughed playfully and extended her hand for a handshake. "Well, it's nice to finally meet you. Henry has told me quite a lot about you."

Oliver chuckled, the tension melting away as he shook her hand. "All bad things, I assume," he teased, a twinkle of amusement in his eyes.

The girl's laughter resonated through the hallway, filling the space with an air of lightheartedness.

"Oh, is that Cho? Come on in, let me get a good look at you!" Mrs. Montclair called from the kitchen.

Cho entered the house, her heart warming at Mrs. Montclair's enthusiastic welcome. She walked towards Mrs. Montclair, who wrapped her in a tight hug. "Oh my god, you are drop-dead gorgeous, sweetheart!"

Cho blushed at the compliment and responded politely, "Thank you, Mrs. Montclair."

Meanwhile, Henry approached Cho, his eyes filled with adoration. "Hey babe," he said, planting a gentle kiss on her forehead.

Cho suddenly turned to Hermione, who was standing awkwardly to the side. "Hello, you must be Oliver's girlfriend. I'm Cho Chang."

Hermione smiled nervously and replied, "Hermione Granger."

Mrs. Montclair, overwhelmed with emotion, fought back tears as she witnessed her two sons and their beautiful girlfriends standing together. "I need pictures! All of you, come together for a group picture."

Oliver and Henry, rolling their eyes playfully, wrapped their arms around their girlfriends' waists as Mrs. Montclair captured the moment with her camera.

"Perfect! I wish your Dad was here to see this," Mrs. Montclair whispered, her voice quivering with sadness and longing.

A bittersweet silence blanketed the room as the Montclair family reflected on the absence of their beloved father. Oliver reached out, gently placing his hand on his mother's shoulder.

"Me too mom"
