Nostalgia comes in waves, a lulling slumber from the tide grace.
Against the rocks and against the crest, against the foam that recollects.

In the sea sand I sit beneath the palms, contemplate about how good life was.
About the struggles that shaped me at, and made me who I am.

Amid a sea of serenity, as the sand sinks underneath calloused feet.
At the horizon I stare, another world awaits over there.

Breathe in the salt, exhale with thought.
Beautiful life, can't find a way to explain it, thinking how far you've made it.

Back in time, back to where the stars aligned.
The journey and the footprints left behind, for the road is always easy to find.
