20: Nightride

Old habits, inhibited tactics. Stuck in your phase, your self-destructive ways. Very much apart have we grown, forever lost in what we've known. Night becomes morning, sunrise becomes a yearning. A yearn for you, yearning for two. Two souls together, together against whoever.

In the city we drive, cruising to feel alive. The adrenaline is like gasoline, fuel to spark our kerosene. From the rose-tinted bottle, drinking all the way to the bottom. Red cups taste like sweetness, an acidity close to bitterness.

Flavors of the night,
the night before sunrise,
bathing the city in light
as you can see the gleam in her eyes.
