Life greatest gifts await,
waiting to be seen,
seen with eyes as they dilate,
contentment on this brief scene.

Stop to see the beauty,
beauty that lies within,
pouring into me
like water onto my skin.

Roses on the pavement, pavement laid with roses. Inhale, exhale. Time slows down as another door closes.

Take the pain with a grasp,
hold it, make it lovely
shift into your best mask,
make it your recovery.

Transform your pain into art,
a lovely form of expression
from the heart
and toward heaven.

Roses on my vase, a vase-full of roses. Inhale, exhale. They never lie, the noses.
