92: a heavy mind with a heavier heart.

Carrying the burden of what used to be home,
bearing the weight of what is already dead.
Sitting here with a head-full of things learned,
already known things forever ingrained in my head.

Mistaking love for mind games and deception,
creating a false perception of a one-way goal.
Trusting in love and its misconceptions,
building a narrative from a hurting soul.

A sole survivor, surviving alone in a world,
a soul survivor, head held high with feet on the ground.
Start anew against the wind and its hurls,
start again with the things we know now.
