Nina's POV
--------------

They finally cleared the roads off and we are on our way to the airport to leave for Canada. Nikki got to leave last night. Everything is still good with her. I'm glad we worked everything out.

Our driver turns down the road at the airport to drop us off at check in. I look at Ian. "Ready to be home?" He grabs my hand. "Yes. And this is your first Christmas with my parents. Get ready for lots of food." I say to him and laugh. "Your moms cooking is so good though. I don't care if I gain 50 pounds these next few days." He opens the door and we slide out of the car.

"Ian! Oh my god!" Ian waves at a fan. "Hi sweety." He walks over to her. "Can I get a picture with you please?" She looks up at him with begging eyes. "Here I'll take it for you!" I walk over. She hands me her iPhone. "Okay 1..2..say I love Ian!" "I love Ian!" The girl and Ian smile big. "Nina may I have one with you too?" Ian grabs her phone from my hand. "I'll take this one." He pushes me next to the girl. "Smile big!" Ian shouts before taking it. "Thank you guys so much! I really love you!" We hug her and grab are bags and head inside the airport.

After checking in with our flight, an airport security guy walks us to a room to wait to board the flight.

"You feeling okay neens?" Ian sits down on the couch beside me.

"Yeah, I just can't wait to spend Christmas with you." He smiles at me and leans down to kiss me. "I can't wait to spend every Christmas with you Nina." He pulls me into his arms.

"We'll have you guys board first." The security guy helps with the bags. "Thank you sir." Ian grabs the carry on. "Right this way." He leads us down to the gate. We walk past a mom carrying her new baby. I smile at her. I can't wait to be a mom. Ian slides his hand into mine. We get to the gate and hand the tickets to the lady. "Enjoy your flight!" "Thanks!"

"Your seat my love." Ian let's me slide into the window seat. I sit down and buckle the seat belt. Ian puts his hand out and I slide my fingers around his.

Ian's POV
------------

Nina and I get into the rental car we rented while we're in Toronto. "Damn Nina. You forgot to mention how cold it is in Toronto." She starts laughing. "Well Ian, it's cold in Toronto." She kisses my cheek. "You're a little late." I wink at her. "Let's get going, I'm ready to see my parents!" Nina blows the car horn and I tap her hand away. "Do not touch the horn. It's not a toy." I honk it. Nina tilts her head to look at me with a big smile then we both start laughing. "Just go smolder."

I pull up to Nina's house. Her mom and dad come running out of the house waving. "Dear god my moms in a Christmas sweater already." Nina covers her eyes. "Mama Dobrev is funny." I say.

"Hi my sweet kids!" Nina's mom runs over and hugs us both tight. "How was your flight?" She pulls back from us. "It was good!" Nina's dad helps me grab the luggage out of the trunk. "Nina darling did you pack for a years visit." Mr. Dobrev groans lifting a bag out of the trunk. "Dad Ian and I had to pack for Toronto weather and Louisiana weather." She hugs her dad.

We walk inside and I smell brownies. "Who made brownies!" I sit the suitcase down. "Brownies and cheesecake." Mama Dobrev walks beside me. "I figured you guys would want desserts tonight too!" "Of course we would." I smile at her. "You two go on up and get settled in. Dinner is almost done." We grab the suit case and the other bag and head up to Nina's room.

Nina flops down on her bed when we enter her room. "Shut my door babe." She mumbles with her face down in a pillow. I shut the door and head over to her bed. I flip her over so she's facing me. "Sleepy?" I move her hair out of her face. "Just a little but I can make it till after dinner." She smiles. I bend down and lean over her and rest my head on her chest. Her fingers run through my hair. "I'm happy you're here." I tilt my head back to look at her. "I'm happy I'm here too." I kiss her hand.
