STAR CITY
Patrick was flying down the streets of Star City.
Patrick: My name is Patrick Lance. The son of the Black Canary and Green Arrow. I am the Leader of Young Justice, the husband of Artemis Crock, and the Lightning Rod. When I got these powers, I was scared, I'm not anymore. I've accepted what I am. A man with the powers of a god. But I personally prefer the human bit more. Ive always thought of a better world. But I now realize, that I need to share a piece of myself, with the people I love. Make a new world. One where humans and gods can coexist. All of us. Together.
Patrick held his wife in his arms. The two smiled contented with the situation. No godly threats, no nothing. Just peace and quiet.
Patrick: I really have all I need don't I?
Artemis: what else could you need?
Patrick: a better world.
Artemis: and what is this, "better world" thunder Brain?
She giggled.
Patrick: I have everything I could ever dream for.
Patrick: (back in Star City) I am a guardian angel, I am the bringer of hope, I am. The Lightning Rod
