It sounds strange I know but I haven't even gotten it any thought what comes next,' she lied 'it would be a great honor of course but I will have to speak to my father about it.' they look to her father mace as he happily marched through the crowds greeting people. So the trail began.

'You examined King Joffrey's corpse. Was it without question poison that killed him?' Tywin asked the maester. RIeka looked to Tyrion as his gaze flickered to her, she offered him a pitiful smile. Jaime sat down beside her and Tyrion was filled with jealousy and rage that he couldnt be there to hold her hand, to comfort her.

'Without question.' he answered 'this was found on the body of Dantis hollard the kings fool.' The master pulled a necklace out of his robes. 'he was last seen spiriting Sansa Stark away from the feast she wore this necklace.' He held it out, 'the day of the wedding the residue of the most rare and terrible poison was found and it.''

"Sansa didnt do this." Rieka murmured to Jaime. "Neither did Tyrion, convince your father, convince your sister."

"I can't." Jaime murmured.

"Yes you can." Rieka corrected.

"They won't listen to me." Jaime corrected.

'Was this one of the poison stolen from your store?" tywin questioned

'It was. The strangler.' he told them 'a poison few in the seven kingdoms possess used to strike down the most noble child the gods ever put on this good earth.' he told the council

"Make them listen." RIeka begged.

''I will hurt you for this, the day will come when you think you are safe and happy and your joy will turn to ashes in your mouth and you will know that the debt is paid.' Cersei told them

'Your own brother said this to you?' Mace asked

'Shortly before the battle of Blackwater Bay I confronted him about his plans to put Joffrey on the front lines. As it turned out when the attack came Joff insisted on remaining at the battle he believed his presence would inspire the troops.' Cersei lied. Rieka cocked her head at Cersei and Cersei kept her gaze away from Rieka.

"I was there for both of those conversations." she muttered to Jaime. "Lies. There should be a punishment for lying."

"Rieka, please, save your head." Jaime whispered.

'Tyrion said and he will know the debt is paid.' Oberyn quoted 'what debt?'

'I discovered he had been keeping whores in the tower of the hand.' Cersei told him 'I asked him to confine these salacious acts to the brothels where such behavior belongs. He wasn't pleased.'

"He wasnt my husband yet and I got rid of the bitch." Rieka corrected sternly.

''Do you remember the precise nature of this threat?'

'I'm afraid I do my Lord.' varys answered 'he said perhaps you should speak more softly to me then monsters are dangerous and just now kings are dying like flies.''

''Yes after we received word of Robb Stark's death.. he didn't seem glad by the news perhaps his marriage is RIeka Stark made him more sympathetic to the northern cause.' There was an uproar in the crowd as varys spoke. They looked to Rieka but Jaime kept a hand on her for protection or to bring her to a cell that was still up for debate it seemed.

"Tyrion has a heart, it shouldnt be punishable by death." Rieka muttered.

'Father May I ask a witness one question?' Tyrion asked varys looked to tywin.

'One.' Tywin answered

'You once said that without me the city would've faced certain defeat,' Tyrion reminded him. 'you said the histories would never mention me but you would not forget me. Have you forgotten Lord varys?' Tyrion asked

'I'm performing my sworn duty as hand of the King if Tyrion is found guilty he will be addressed accordingly.' Tywin assured them.

'No.' Jaime said meekly. 'he will be executed.'

'Once you said that family is all that lives on, it is all that lives on. You have always hated Tyrion.' Jaime told him. 'you told me about a dynasty that would last 1000 years what happens to your dynasty when Tyrion dies? I am a kings guard for bidden by oath.'

'What happens to your name? Who carries the line carries the Lannister name into future battles? Your nephews?' Jaime reminded him.

'What happens to my dynasty if I spare my grandsons killer?' tywin countered.

'Your dynasty survives through me.' Jamie said, tywin looked up from his papers finally seeing his son.

'I will leave the kings guard and take my place is your son and heir if you let Tyrion live.' Jaime told him 'Done.' Tywin agreed 'when the testimony is concluded in the guilty verdict is rendered Tyrion will be given the chance to speak, he will plead for mercy I will allow him to join the nights watch and in three days time he will depart from Castle Black and live out his days at the wall.' Tywin told him. 'you will remove your white cloaks immediately you will leave Kings Landing to assume your rightful place a casterly rock you will marry Rieka Stark and father children named Lannister and you will never turn your back on your family again.' Tywin told him.

"Rieka?" Jaime countered.

"She is still the key to the north and Cersei is fond of her. You will put a child in her belly. A son that will rule the north in the lannister name one day." Tywin demanded. Jaime swallowed the lump in his throat.
