Sunghoon sat next to Jungwon in their classroom, trying to concentrate on the lesson being taught by their teacher. However, Jungwon couldn't help but eavesdrop on the conversation happening behind him. It was Y/n, the mean girl in their class, and her group of friends.

Jungwon had always been shy and reserved, and he never really spoke up in class. But he couldn't help but listen as Y/n and her friends talked about him. They were teasing Y/n about her crush on Jungwon and how adorable they thought he was.

Jungwon couldn't believe what he was hearing. He had never really thought of himself as adorable, and he had never even considered the possibility of Y/n having a crush on him. He had always thought she was way out of his league.

As the conversation continued, Y/n turned to look at Jungwon and gave him a sly smile. "Hey, Jungwon," she said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "You're so adorable, you know that?"

Jungwon felt his face turn red with embarrassment. He didn't know how to respond to Y/n's teasing, and he didn't want to make a fool of himself in front of the whole class.

Sunghoon noticed the awkward exchange between Jungwon and Y/n and decided to intervene. "Hey, Y/n," he said, turning to face her. "Why don't you leave Jungwon alone? He's just trying to focus on the lesson."

Y/n rolled her eyes and smirked. "Oh, come on, Sunghoon. It's just a little harmless teasing. You know I don't mean anything by it."

Sunghoon wasn't convinced. He knew how sensitive Jungwon could be, and he didn't want to see him get hurt. "Well, maybe you should find another way to amuse yourself," he said sternly.

Y/n huffed and turned away, but Jungwon felt grateful for Sunghoon's intervention. He knew that Sunghoon had always been a good friend to him, and he appreciated how protective he was of him.

As the lesson continued, Jungwon couldn't help but feel a little bit more confident. Maybe Y/n's teasing wasn't so bad after all. Maybe, just maybe, he had a chance with her.

Jungwon sat in his seat, staring blankly at the board as the teacher droned on about the history of the Korean War. But try as he might, he couldn't seem to concentrate on anything but the words Y/n had spoken to him earlier.

"Adorable," she had said, a teasing smirk playing at the corners of her lips. It was meant to be an insult. He knew that, but the way she had said it had made his heart race.

He couldn't believe how much power she held over him. He had never felt this way before, and it scared him. Jungwon had always been a shy and reserved boy, content to keep to himself and stay out of the spotlight. But now, he found himself wanting her attention, wanting her to see him as more than just an easy target.

Sunghoon, his friend, nudged him in the arm, bringing him back to reality. "Hey, are you okay? You look like you're about to fall asleep."

Jungwon shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts. "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm just tired, I guess."

Sunghoon narrowed his eyes, studying him for a moment before leaning in close. "Is this about Y/n again? I saw the way she was teasing you earlier."

Jungwon felt his face grow hot at the mention of her name. He didn't want anyone to know how much she affected him. "It's nothing, really. Just forget about it."

But Sunghoon wasn't convinced. "Listen, man, I know she can be mean sometimes, but you can't let her get to you like this. You're better than that."

Jungwon nodded, grateful for his friend's words of encouragement. Maybe he was better than that. Maybe he could learn to stand up for himself and not let Y/n's words hurt him so much.

As the class continued, Jungwon tried to focus on the lesson, but his mind kept wandering back to Y/n. He couldn't help but wonder if there was something more to her teasing, if maybe she saw something in him that he couldn't see in himself.

But for now, he would just have to focus on getting through the day without making a fool of himself. And with Sunghoon by his side, he knew he could do it.

{Time skip, the lunch break}

Jungwon's heart skipped a beat as Y/n, the mean girl of the class, grabbed his arm tightly and pulled him back into the classroom. He could feel her sharp nails digging into his skin, making him wince in pain. He turned around to face her, fear and confusion evident in his eyes.

"What do you want from me?" he stuttered, trying to free himself from her grasp. But Y/n only tightened her grip on his arm and pushed him against the wall, making him gasp.

"I heard that your friend Sunghoon got into trouble with the principal. Looks like he won't be joining you for lunch today," she said with a smirk, enjoying the sight of Jungwon's discomfort. "And since I don't have anything better to do, I thought I'd spend my lunch break with you instead."

Jungwon's heart sank at the thought of spending his lunch break with the meanest girl in the class. He had always tried to avoid her, knowing that she enjoyed making fun of him and his shy nature. But now he was trapped, with nowhere to go.

"Please let me go," he begged, his voice barely above a whisper. "I don't want to spend my lunch break with you."

Y/n only laughed, enjoying the power she had over him. "Oh, come on. It's not like you have any other friends to hang out with. And who knows? Maybe I'll even teach you how to be less of a loser."

Jungwon felt a lump form in his throat as Y/n's words hit him hard. He knew he was shy and introverted, but that didn't make him a loser. He wanted to scream at her, to tell her to leave him alone, but his voice failed him.

As Y/n leaned in closer, her face inches away from his, Jungwon closed his eyes, trying to escape the situation. But he knew that he was trapped, with no way out.
