As Y/n pulled away from the kiss, she couldn't help but smile at how adorable Jungwon looked with, his face buried into her neck. She knew that he was shy and it wasn't easy for him to show his emotions, but she also knew that he cared for her deeply.

"Are you okay, my love?" Y/n whispered softly, rubbing Jungwon's back as he hugged her tightly.

Jungwon nodded, still unable to speak as he clung onto her. Y/n gently stroked his hair, trying to soothe him. She knew that he had been through a lot with Heeseung, and she wanted to be there for him.

"I'll always be here for you, Jungwon," she whispered, placing a kiss on his forehead.

Jungwon looked up at her with a grateful smile, feeling a warmth in his chest at her words. He knew that he had found someone special in Y/n, and he wasn't going to let anyone or anything come between them.

"Thank you, Y/n," he whispered, leaning in to kiss her again.

Y/n smiled against his lips, deepening the kiss as she wrapped her arms around him. She knew that she had found someone special in Jungwon too, and she wasn't going to let anyone or anything come between them.

{In the house}

As Jungwon tried to walk past his parents quietly, his mom noticed him and called him over.

"Jungwon, how was school today?" she asked, turning down the volume of the TV.

Jungwon hesitated for a moment before replying, "It was okay, Mom."

"Did you have a good time with your friends?" his dad asked, taking his eyes off the screen.

Jungwon nodded and smiled, not wanting to worry them about the recent drama with Heeseung and Y/n.

His mom then added, "Have you eaten anything, Jungwon? We made some dumplings earlier. Do you want some?"

Jungwon nodded, feeling his stomach grumble at the mention of food. His parents smiled and got up from the couch to prepare some dumplings for him.

As Jungwon waited for the dumplings to be ready, he couldn't help but think about Y/n and how happy he was to be back with her. He also couldn't shake off the feeling of Heeseung's threatening words from the other day, but he didn't want to burden his parents with it.

Once the dumplings were ready, Jungwon sat at the table and enjoyed them while chatting with his parents. They talked about school and upcoming events, and Jungwon felt a sense of comfort being with them.

After finishing his food, Jungwon retreated to his room and sat on his bed. He pulled out his phone and sent a message to Y/n, thanking her for the wonderful day and the kiss at the end. He felt his cheeks heat up at the thought of it.

As he lay down on his bed, Jungwon couldn't help but feel grateful for the people in his life who cared about him. He closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep, feeling at peace for the first time in a while.

{Time skip, the next morning}

Y/n noticed that Jungwon was out of breath and scared, so she asked him what happened. Jungwon explained to her that he saw Heeseung standing outside his house, but he had a smile on his face, which made Jungwon feel uneasy. Y/n held his hand tightly and told him that he had nothing to worry about, that she was there to protect him.

As they continued walking to school, Jungwon couldn't help but feel grateful for Y/n's support and love. He knew that he was lucky to have someone like her in his life, someone who would go out of her way to make him feel safe and loved.

When they arrived at school, they saw Heeseung waiting for them at the entrance. Jungwon tried to avoid him, but Heeseung called out to them and walked over. Y/n stood in front of Jungwon, shielding him from Heeseung's gaze.

Heeseung apologized to Jungwon for his behavior and said that he wanted to make amends. Jungwon was hesitant, but Y/n encouraged him to hear Heeseung out. Heeseung explained that he realized he had been wrong to try to come between them and that he wanted to be friends with both of them.

Jungwon was surprised by Heeseung's apology, but he also felt relieved that the tension between them might finally be over. Y/n gave Heeseung a small smile and told him that they could be friends, but that he needed to prove himself first.

As they walked into school, Jungwon felt a sense of relief that the drama with Heeseung might finally be over. He knew that he still had a long way to go in building his confidence and standing up for himself, but he also knew that he had Y/n by his side, supporting him every step of the way.

{In class}

Jungwon was feeling a bit uncomfortable with all the attention, but Y/n squeezed his hand reassuringly. Heeseung seemed to be enjoying the attention, however, as he strutted into the classroom like he owned the place.

Sunghoon walked over to them and asked, "What's going on? Why is Heeseung with you guys?"

Y/n shrugged. "We all talked it out and decided to be friends."

Sunghoon looked skeptical but didn't say anything else about it. Y/n and Jungwon took their seats, with Heeseung sitting in the desk behind them.

As the class began, Jungwon couldn't help but feel like all eyes were on them. He could hear whispers and giggles coming from the other students. He just wanted to disappear.

During the break, Y/n pulled Jungwon aside. "Are you okay?"

Jungwon nodded. "I'm just not used to all this attention."

Y/n smiled softly. "Just ignore them. They'll get over it eventually."

Jungwon nodded again, feeling grateful for her words of comfort.

Heeseung walked up to them, grinning. "Hey, guys. What's up?"

Jungwon tensed up, but Y/n smiled at him. "Not much. Just hanging out."

Heeseung leaned in closer to them. "Listen, I know I messed up before, but I really do want to be friends. I won't cause any trouble, I promise."

Jungwon looked at Y/n, who nodded in agreement. He finally relaxed a bit and said, "Okay, we can be friends."

Heeseung grinned again. "Awesome. This is going to be fun."

{In the cafeteria}

Heeseung noticed how Jungwon was clinging onto Y/n and felt a pang of jealousy in his heart. He tried to ignore it and engage in the conversation with the rest of the group, but he couldn't help stealing glances at Jungwon and Y/n every now and then.

Y/n, on the other hand, was happy to have Jungwon by her side. She felt a sense of protectiveness towards him, especially after everything that had happened with Heeseung. She made sure to keep a watchful eye on him, knowing how shy and easily intimidated he could be.

Sunghoon and Y/n's friends were chatting away, and the atmosphere was light and friendly. They were all getting along surprisingly well, considering their previous tensions and disagreements.

Jungwon looked up at Y/n with a smile, grateful to have her as his girlfriend. He felt safe and comfortable around her, and he knew that she would always be there for him no matter what. He leaned his head on her shoulder and closed his eyes, feeling at peace.

As they finished their lunch, Heeseung stood up and announced that he had to go to the library to study for an upcoming test. Y/n and Sunghoon said their goodbyes, while Jungwon just waved his hand shyly.

As Heeseung walked away, he couldn't help but feel a sense of longing towards Y/n and the group. He wanted to be a part of their friendship circle, but he knew that it would take time and effort to earn their trust and forgiveness. He made a mental note to try his best to be a better person from now on, starting with studying hard and focusing on his goals.
