MENTOR BIO
My name is Mason Fitzgibbon (masonfitzzy) and I am a Wattpad Creator. I work as a mental health outreach nurse during the day, and I squeeze in time to write whenever I can!
My journey on Wattpad started in 2013. Back then, I was a reader; however, I gained the courage to start posting my stories in 2014. The first book I posted was Family Comes First, and now the book has over twenty million views. In 2018, I was asked to join the Next Beta program (the Beta program for Paid Stories) with my story Patient Twelve. In 2019, I became a Wattpad Star and met so many amazing people. In 2022, I had the honour of getting to join the Wattpad Creator's program.
I have had three stories shortlisted for the Wattys. My first book in 2021, which is a paranormal race-against-the-clock thriller called Day After Day. In 2022, I was shortlisted with two books. The first my Canadian vampire road trip called Vampires, Eh? The second was my steamy romance called Submission.
I am known for writing horror, but I have recently crossed over into the romance genre. I have learned the important rule: the spicier the better. Dark romance is an area that interests me that I would like to explore more.
I was a bootcamp mentor last year, and I cannot wait to be a mentor again this year. The Wattpad community means the world to me!
