Relatable As Fuck

I thought the "as fuck" added a nice touch.

She lets the genie out of the bottle
because tonight she feels so fucking hollow.

She speaks from the heart to the one who's not listening. Making that brave choice because she's got a lot of shit that needs fixing.

Words used to drown her in a single silent moment.
She's a broken mosaic and she no longer cares who knows it.

You see the genie is bound to her with no escape.
Everyday hidden with her amongst all the disarray.

Fixing to give her "forget all" tonight potions.
Bringing words with song for the "you're not alone" notion.

Convincing her to shut down because she doesn't need anyone with the genie hanging around.

She's starting to believe that maybe it's true.
After all who could want her after all she's been through?

She's too much trouble than it's worth.
No one in their right mind would want to make that work.

I thought genie sounded better than regret.
So... we all gotta genie.
