3 person POV

It's time.

The court case is here. The men have been inactive, they flew back to London a few days ago and were around seeing their families who were visiting.

Yesterday though, everyone but Anne, Harry's mum, went back home and today is the court case.

Anne is staying to watch over Hazel while the men are there at the court for a few hours.

The men have been warned by James and their lawyers that Hazel may need to come and say something but they'll just have to wait and see.

10am comes and everyone is sitting waiting for the judge, the judge enters and the court case begins.

"Mr Cowell, may you please come up to the stand?" Kevin, one of the men's lawyers politely tells the man.

Simon makes his way up looking professional as he possibly can to try and make him seem more believable.

"Mr Cowell, do remember the day you first met each of these boys?" Kevin asked.

"Yes. I do." Simon answered.

"Can you describe what you felt when you saw each one of them?" Kevin then asked.

"I can, when I first saw Liam, I thought what a star, I knew he would go on to do great things. When I first met Harry, he was just so young and charming, never met someone like him before. Niall, I wasn't so sure to begin with but I knew he had great potential. Louis, he was really outgoing and he was hungry for this opportunity. And Zayn, I knew right then from the first look he would do great things." Simon said and tried to put in that emotion.

"Alright, moving on to this clip we found, you had previously stated you formed the band, you made them, that it was you can you confirm." Kevin then asked, people starting to think where is this going.

"Yes. It was me, all me." Simon stated firmly.

"Well can you explain this." Kevin pointed and showed a old video clip of when the men were formed, it wasn't Simon, it was Nicole, who was also there helping judge the x-factor at that point.

Simon was in silence that footage was to never be released or sent to anyone, someone had betrayed him. The men were also in shock they thought it was Simon they had no clue what actually happened.

"That there is one of many proof that this man can lie about things, here is an audio clip from almost two years ago that was sent to me by Mr Tomlinson, and in this you can hear Simon's voice yelling and then a noise of a slapping sound, take a listen." Kevin then said, showing evidence after evidence after evidence.

This went on for almost a half our until the judge called for a switch. Louis was first up.

"Mr Tomlinson, you claim you were a victim of abuse, am I correct?" Bob, Simon's lawyer asked.

"Can you be more specific, because I have no evidence of Simon physically abusing me but I have suffer mental and emotional abuse from him." Louis answered.

"I-okay, moving on, would you say your an emotional guy?" Bob asked, thinking of a plan, that might work, but might fail.

"Well, it depends on the situation. When it comes to my family and friends, yeah I am quite emotional." Louis answers, confused about where this is going.

"Alright, you and your band members have an adoptive daughter, right?" Bob then asked.

"Yes, we do." Louis answered even more confused.

"Well we have heard a report saying that she got lost during a trip to the supermarket, correct?" Bob asked.

Now Louis was confused, nobody should know, he doesn't want to lie, but this could be bad.
