my hell awaits

I walked in school and the halls are clear and that lets me know that class has already started ..... Shit .

As I went to my locker I heard shouting at the other end of the hall I looked down toward the science class and there were too bad boys / jocks fighting with each other I just decided to go on to class because this shits not worth getting suspended.....

I walked in class and as expected everyone was staring I walked to the teacher and gave her my tardy pass ....... My teacher is pretty much the only one that understands me .

Did I mention that this is a school for only werewolves ..... Yes they do have those, but anyways I walked to the back of my class and I felt a foot go in front of me I almost fell but I caught my self ....

I got to my seat and started taking out my books when I felt something hit my face it was a balled up peace of paper I picked it up and un-balled it it said the word "FREAK" on it .

" Is everything okay Abby" miss Luna asked ..... I didn't want to tell her about this , so I just nodded my head yes , I was too busy writing down notes to notice that one of the two jocks that were fighting earlier had just come in , now that I can finally see his face I could tell who he really was , his name is Gabriel Simmons , he's one of the most highly known alphas , and he's also an asshole ,

"Your late Gabriel " miss Luna said to him , Gabriel just looked at her like and alpha look and she had to submit....."sorry" she mumbled with her head bowed ...... He just rolled his eyes and started to try and find a place to sit, and wouldn't you know it they was only one open seat and it was beside of me , Gabriel headed this direction and the closer he got for some reason I was getting anxious and nervous ,

"Mind if I sit here " he said to me... "and what if I do mind " , he sat down " then i guess you will just have to get used to it moonlight" he started to take out a piece of paper , and all while the class was going on we just kept making eye contact until I made the mistake of sweating to much because I was nervous,

And he saw one of my bruises I heard him gasp and I looked over

"What the hell is that , who did that " he sounded almost mad and hurt at the same time , and this time I just knew he had seen it so I just looked over and said the first thing that came to my mind ,

"None of you business" I said kinda mad at the fact that I couldn't understand him and also the fact that why would he even care , "but if you really must know I tripped and fell down the stairs" i said ......I could tell he didnt believe me for a minute.....before he could ask anymore questions ....
The bell rang and I sprinted out the door before he could even get to me .... literally saved by the bell ....

I only have one friend in this school and her name is Chelsea she's been my best friend since kindergarten she knows it's my moms 2 year death anniversary, and shes the only one that knows about what goes on with me and my dad and brother ,

Chelsea walks up to me and she sees the bruise on my arm "oh honey , what happened" so I quickly filled her in and she gave me a hug " i would love to stay and talk but i really have to go to class i love ya " she said and she hugged me and walled away ....

I went to my locker and behold there was the cheat captain and school whore Brittany she has had this biggest crush on Gabriel since we've been in second grade, I know weird right....

I walked up and she automatically just started throwing names at me

"Oh look here's Abby that looks like a buggy"  can u tell how long they've been saying that lol

" Oh look she can't even raise her head up to look us in the eye . " She proclaimed.

I felt her hand coming my way to slap me I prepared for the impact but , it never happened . I looked up and there was Gabriel holding Brittany's wrist .

" Leave her alone before you have me to deal with" he said in his alpha voice ....

"Why are you protecting this little hoe " she snarkes back at him while looking at me ...."

Gabriel looked at her and through sarcasm said " at least she's not a nasty hoe like you Brittney " ....

Brittany just growled and walk away with her minions Alexa and Angela ,

He looked at me like he was waiting for me to say something but I couldn't because I was in shock that someone actually stood up for me and about that time that he started to say something Chelsea came around the corner ,

" Hey girlie how's everything " she said like her bubbly self lol ....

" it could be better I had to deal with Brittany a little while ago ...."

" oh God what did she want this time ......and why is Gabriel staring at you " .....

I look around to find him sure enough staring at me ....so I tell her how he stood up for me with Brittany and by the end of me telling her her mouth had went to the floor .....

"OMG HE LIKES YOU !!!!!"....she almost yells " shhhhhh Chelsea" ......."oops sorry I just got excited for a minute" .....

"Girl you don't think you have found your mate have you " she said kind of exited

Then it was my turn to be shocked
" WHAT, NO "

" Okay , okay just asking I mean your gonna find out anyway since your 18th birthday is tomorrow" she said kind of bubbly again

Oh wow I almost forgot that tomorrow I'm gonna be 18 I guess I just don't celebrate anymore without my mom here

" Yeah but I'm not celebrating it "

" Why not , is it because your afraid of your dad and brother giving you a beating , I mean come on Abby you only turn 18 once in your life "

She had a point , but I'm still hesitant to celebrate it...... I heard the bell ring and I knew I had to get to class ..... But not before I told Chelsea that I had to go to the supermarket and get more glass plates because SOMEBODY broke them .

I went to class and got ready for the rest of the day which I was dreading .
