ch 2 emergency

When i leave the office  i just walked in ashi cabin since we are best  friend and we have done are full education together and job in same company but different department  and the cherry on top is we live near my house  so we come and go together ,
When i reach the cabin ashi is just a step away to kill the intern juliya .i just saw that in her eyes but i don't want my uber sharing partner to jail so i interfare  into the matter i said "ashi time to go home"
I just put my hand on juliya shoulder and whispers to her 'what happened why is she looking like a angry bird '

Juliya whisper back ' client want the ppt (PowerPoint presentation)  before the due date  which is two days from now .

Ashi is looking to our whispered like a school teacher  and said 'are you done'  with a long face and she is looking  hell tired
So since i want to go home  with her said 'juliya you can go home .
Ashi give me are  :you out of your mind look  but  listen to me
By listening this juliya run fast then Usain bolt and i can't stop my laughter
'Finished 'said by ashi

'"Chal ap ghar chalte h jaldi kar panvel nikal na h "' said me
"'Kya jaldi  (hulk) mr manger mere jaan le ga waise hi mujhe pasand nhi karta woh " said aashi
"Koi na rey me hu na tere saath aur abhi 2din h na chal ghar chalte h by the way uber aa gai h toh tu dekhle waise hi saara salary tum ne aapne shoes me khatam kar di h  toh local se aayegi  "
I said by wiggling my brows (translation=dont worry i am with you and  we still have 2 days, lets go home you have spend all your salary on shoes remember )(ash is sneaker head and she buy a Jordan 2pair recently)

To which she sarted collecting her thing
 
We both reach the uber and started listening to music and giving each other space which we needed the most

There are some people in our lives with whom we enjoy silence equally talking  and for me ash (ashi pet name which she hate but love at the same time) is the one  of that person to me

My phone started ringing and guess what it my dearest mother and she said  "meera where are you  , you remembered that I am not at home you need to  do the open to shanti (house help aunty) and do another household chores  right and did you forget about  aata which was over yesterday  so take it before you reach home ' , she said this all in one go before listening to my reply
"Ma pls hold on  mujhe sab yaad h aur mene  key watchman ke pass rakh kar aai hu and mene aata order kar diya h 
(translation = i remember  everything I have put the keys with watchman and order flour)

Goodgirl she said so if shanti make big and thick chapati say that I required only small and thin chapati only and for God sake  dont just order something remember you hace stomachs 2 days prior only because you eat something which was good for nothing  .

Ma take a chill pill  said me
Bhua me hu na iske saath  you just take care of you  said aashi ( since we are best friend so ash call my parents bhua and vica visa) translation= i am there with her you just take care of you

Ma said "aashi ko phone de meera"
And to which i just kept my phone on speaker  and to which ash snatched my phone and complain about me to my mother and they talk like a daughter and mother completely forgot about me  so i just snatched  ash mobile and call her mother and started talking completely  bad bitching  about aashi and all the neighbors and talking  like no tomorrow 

When suddenly  our cab stop and driver was looking at us so since i am the sensible person stop my talk and looked that  we have arrived  and since ash is talking  like no tomorrow  i just slapped her and pay the uber driver  and leave for my home seriously there is no other feelings which we get when we reach home after tired day.
So after dinner i retired for my bed and just kept my alarm  leave for my la la land.  But around 3 pm  i got a call and i pick up without looking at the call id (hey dont blame me i am not a morning person) and said "hello " and meera get up fast and pack your bag and you have a flight at 5 so just hurry up  said my mother , guess who was it yes its my dearest mother
'Hmm' i replied
Meera get up  fast otherwise you will not able to see your grandfather
And i took a couple of seconds to my brain to process this emergency  situation  and i get up straight and ask

"kya hua baba ko ma "
Beta me is not fine chal tu ab jaldi se aa ja mene flight ki tickets whatsapp par send kar diya h toh jitna jaldi ho sake aa ja'" say my mother
"Ok "i replied
So i took a quick shower of my life  and i just pack 2 pairs of clothes randomly at my suitcase  and  grab my laptop and other few essential thing and book an uber  during the ride to airport  my mind just replayed all the memories with grandfather  who  taught me that how to make a dough  and how to workship and how we used to workship together and how much he was more excited than me when i got call from iim a and  how  he was telling everyone that i got in Morgan Stanley. And  by remembering all this i don't know when i started  shaking like a leave my hand was shivering  and my throat was chocked . Madam aap thik ho said by uber driver  so using all my effort in controlling my emotions i replied  ha bhaiya 
But still he was looking  at the review mirror  so i just ignore  him but thankfully we reach airport .

I just wanted  with my family its like i want to fly  as soon as possible  when we boaded in plan i get to know my mother has booked me a first class ticket and at that time privacy is what i needed the most.

When airhostess get the refreshment i just replied no

When we reached the airport i was running  to take my bag and pick up then leave for the taxi and just realized that I don't have address of the hospital  just take my phone out and see my mom has mssge me address andthe hospital room no in all the platform even on LinkedIn  seriously I love my mother and said to the cab driver we reached exactly at 20 min i just walk to room and see that no one is there and so i took a u turn and enquired the reception but she was busy in the phone call so when i tried to enquired she just ignored  me and went on so i just leave her and ask a  doctor whereabouts of my family he just said he dont know and advice me to talk with receptionist  so before he could say something i just grab his hand and drag him and show that receptionist is busy at talking  he immediately held my hand and we move to Receiption by looking doctor receptionist  within a blink of eye kept her phone and straighten up  but i can't tolerate it anymore so i just enquired about my grandfather  and she replied  he was shifted in ICU  before 20min and icu is just at 2 floor so i skipped lift and took an stairs talking 2 at a time  i just spotted  that my mother was crying at my  father  shoulder when i reached them i got to know my baba was taken for the  operation  theatre said my mother  abd we hug each other and i cried in her arms which i was holding since i got this news my father protective wraps arms around both of us  around 5 min we stay in this position only providing each other comfort like we are saying that we all are together in this

After 5 min we straighten up  and see that nurse is standing near us and bring those medicine  urgently i just grab the sheet from her but my father said he will go but i know he is not in the best shape of  emotions  so i replied  aap mummy ke saath rukho ke lati hu
(Translation = you stay with mom i will bring it)
I just walked and reach the pharmacy of hospital  and submit the sheet then someone tap on my shoulder i just says yes but didn't turn around but the person didn't take the hint that I want to be alone so he just said ms jain and the person is same doctor whom hand i just grab at reception  i recognized him and he forward my suitcase and my purse and my mobile phone towards me and to say i was surprised was an understatement  so i just quickly  take those by thank you and by the time pharmacy boy was demanding the payment  so i just make  payment and then i realized that I grab his hand and ignore him when he was just returning my accessories  and said sorry to him and he being the gentleman said its okay and enquiries about my grandfather but what should i tell him when i dont know when 2 days before we talk he was enjoying the weeding and eating all the sweet  available  so i just shrug and move towards exit and he asked if i would like to have something  but medicine is needed  for baba operation  so i declined his offer and the same thing  and before he could say something i leave from yheir and reached the icu  and handled them to nurse and sit beside my mother  and wait for doctors and looked at my parents it was a first time the was looking like this lifeless
Around more 20 min the doctor come out and says he is out of danger and operations was successful and when he will get  consciousness We will shift him to room and now we need to make payment
