Muskan Assad P.O.V

I packed my bag and took my car keys.

"Bye guys"

"Bye! Thanks for your hard work!"

Rose said while waving. I was on my way to the parking lot when I was stopped by a voice. I turned around and saw Lucas and Mr. Smith.

"Muskan, I'm hearing a lot about you"

I nervously smiled while looking at him.

"I... don't know what you're talking about?"

He chuckled and said

"72 hour and....10 surgeries,,, I'm impressed"

"Thank you, Dr.Smith... It means a lot when it comes from you"

He smiled and nodded his head.

"Go home! You two had very busy working days"

"Bye sir"

Lucas said while I also started to walk.

"You have car?"

I nodded my head while showing him the keys. When we walked into the parking lot he stopped me.

"Muskan... Uhm... that guy from yesterday... is he your...."

I looked at him and then looked away.

"Muskan... I... think I like you-"

"I'm sorry Lucas... but I already love someone else... and he is the guy from yesterday"

I said and looked at him. He smiled and nodded his head.

"We're not in a relationship... it's not allowed in our religion... You will find someone better than me... You're a nice guy, but for me... you're just a friend and a colleague"

"I understand... well... then I'm looking forward to more working days with you"

I smiled and nodded my head before getting in my car. As soon as I sat in my car my phone started ringing. I looked at the caller id and smiled before answering the call.

"Hello meri jaan,how are you?"

"I'm good, how are you?"

"I'm also good, I have something to tell you"

"What?"

"Well, the exam... I-."

"Congratulations! I knew you would pass!"

"How.. did you know?"

I chuckled and connected my phone to car's bluetooth.

"Magiiiiic!"

I started the car and drove out of the parking lot.

"Wait! It's snowing!"

I said as soon as I drove onto the road.

"It is... your favorite time of the year!"

"Yes! I love winteeeeeer!"

"Are you driving?"

"Yes, why?"

I said while stopping at the red light.

"Someone once said that you shouldn't drive while talking on the phone"

That someone is me actually... I told Sufiyan not to talk on the phone while driving.

"Come on, it will take me at least 1 and half hour to get home because of the traffic, do you want me to die in bore-"
