It was time for dinner, but I wasn't hungry so I didn't get anything
"You not hungry darlings?" Mortica asked us
"My appetite eludes me, mother" Wednesday says
"I'm still a bit sick from the boat race, so no" I say
Wednesday looks at me and says
"That was weeks ago, 6 to be exact"
I look down and ignore her gaze
"You need to tell me these things" she sighs, she holds my hands, and pulls me along to our table
Me and Wednesday sit beside eachother, but I'm also sitting beside Mortica
Then we see the Sheriff and some guards coming our way
"Gomez Addams
( he stands up, so does Mortica)
"How can I help you, Sheriff?" He asked
"You're under arrest for the murder of Garrett Gates" Sheriff says, handcuffing Gomez
"You have the right to remain silent.
(Me, Pugsley and Wednesday
all stand up)
Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law"
"Dad?" Pugsley called out, I look at Wednesday shocked
"You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford one, one will be appointed for you" the Sheriff says taking Gomez away
Wednesday, Pugsley and I look at Mortica, she has tears in her eyes, and she let's them fall.
