I entered Eugene's hospital room and see Wednesday was already in there
I walked up to her and stood beside her in silence, we then see thing come out from behind the heart monitor
"Thanks for keeping an eye on him" Wednesday thanked thing and he does a little bow
I try not to cry
"Why don't you cry?" She asked me as I looked up at the ceiling
"I wanna cry but my eyeliner took ages to get even" I say, laughing slightly and my eyes were no longer teary
"Why did you go without us?" Wednesday says and I look down, but then I felt a tap on my shoulder, scaring me, making me hide behind Wednesday
"Oh, sorry, didn't mean to startle you, dear. You must be Wednesday, and we already know you y/n" Eugene's mom says as she smiles at me, and I nod my head, as I no longer hid behind Wednesday
"We're Eugene's mom's. Sue and Janet" Eugene's mom, Sue explained
"You two were all he could talk about lately. He was so happy you joined the Hummers, Y/n doesn't like bugs, so she isn't in it, but still a dear friend to Eugene" Janet explained
"I brought him some honey " Wednesday says, getting uncomfortable trying to leave, but Sue stepped infront of her, not knowing Wednesday wanted to leave
"He loved those dang bees like they're his kids. His fuzzy-buzzy babies" she says and then Wednesday says "We should go" as they walk over to him
She grabs my hand and walks off,
