"Bakugo!" I call out for him, after not seeing him at breakfast or lunch.
"(Y/n)," he looks towards me,
"Can we talk… please," I feel like I'm begging.
"Are you really ready to talk?" He asks,
"Yes, I, I promise" I answer,
"Ok, talk to me." He tells me,
"Can we go somewhere a little less public?" I ask,
"Fine" he grabs my wrist and pulls me to a seat that was barely out of the way.
"I, I … I'm sorry, I had this whole speech in my head, it's just so hard to say out loud. Especially when you're right in front of me" I start to blush,
"Just say it," he growls,
"I, I want to be with you." I tell him,
"Really?" He looks into my eyes.
"Yes, and as much as I think we should wait. I want to spend time with you without it being awkward. I want to hold your hand without needing a reason to. I just, waiting would drive me insane." I tell him,
"God," he groans,
"It's so unfair that you can just be with your soulmate as soon as you want to."
"I'm sorry," I look down,
"I really appreciated how patient you've been." I say quietly,
"So, do I get to be your boyfriend now or what?!" The volume of his voice startles me a little.
"Boyfriend sounds really nice." I blush, then he pulls me into a really nice tight hug.
"I love you," he whispers,
"...Don't feel pressured to say it back. I want you to be certain that's how you feel before saying it out loud… that's not going to stop me from saying it though! I want to make sure you never forget how I feel about you!" He shouts,
"Bakugo!" Red shouts, interrupting us.
"Shitty hair," Bakugo groans,
"What's going on here?" Red smirks,
"Nothing," Bakugos says, stepping out of the hug.
"How long has he known?" I ask Bakugo,
"Not as long as you'd expect, it was way after we all started hanging out more consistently. I didn't even know he was in love with you. Ah sorry!" Red slaps a hand over his mouth.
"Tch, I already told her I'm in love with her." Bakugo rolls his eyes,
"Oh thank God," Red sighs in relief.
"So, are you guys finally together? Or are you going to drag this out for another month or so?" He asks, Bakugo stays silent, making me answer.
"Yeah, we're together." I smile with a light blush.
"This means I can have the room back, right?" Red asks,
"It's up to (y/n)," Bakugo says,
"It's all yours," I tell him, not completely aware of what that meant.
"Yay! It was great being with Rye, but it would be a lot better without their roommates." Red says,
"...I'm really happy for you guys. I'm excited for all the adventures the four of us will go on." He smiles,
"Life is going to be so awesome." I say,
"I think we need to start getting ready. Dinner is soon and we have to dress up." Bakugo says,
"Oh! I almost forgot, I gotta go then." Red walks away.
"Let's go get ready." Bakugo grabs my hand and then we walk to our room.
