"Not from somebody my age." I say truthfully.

"You got a mortgage on it?" I ask.

"Nope I paid it off early about 6 months ago. I might take a HELOC out later on though." He says
"Damnn..." I said impressed. "What's a HELOC?"
"Basically a line of credit but I ain't tryna bore you."

"Can we at least go inside?" He asked.
I followed him through his garage. I was so busy being amazed by his house I ain't even see the car parked.

"You can't be making this much off selling Mazdas." I say bluntly.
