After I left Rosé unnie, I headed straight home. The younger girls are waiting for me and excitedly asked how the meeting went.

"So, were you able to knock some sense on your role model?" Blythe teased.

"Did she agree? She signed it?" Jeed asked. Why does she look excited? Our debut will be delayed if she did. But then yeah, we don't care, haha,

"I'd like to conclude that she finally chooses to be a soloist" I replied hiding a smile. That means we aren't a burden for her anymore right?

"Good, from now on, we will work harder and practice harder. We will also improve our leadership skills because this time will be the first and last delay of our supposed to be debut" Blythe declared positively.

"Yes, we will prove to CEO that he won't need to blackmail an already popular idol to lift us off the ground" Jeed added.

I smiled, proud of the courage they had that I didn't realize tears are already falling down my cheeks.

"So, why is the eldest crying? You now regret that our debut will be delayed?" Blythe asked.

"No, I'm crying because I'm happy and I'm proud of you two. Thank you for understanding me and my decisions" I replied honestly.

"Oh, we have hearts too like you UNNIE... we too have feelings, just like Rosé and Lisa have, and of course we understand you" Jeed assured me and they hugged me.

Whoahh, how lucky am I to have such supportive groupmates and friends? I must have done something really great in my past life to be rewarded today.

The next week, we are doing our warm up exercise when CEO entered the practice room. We were surprised and I especially felt a little awkward after acting shamelessly in his office last Friday.

"Hello ladies, good morning" he greeted.

"Hello sir, good morning too" we greeted back energetically.

I don't know what happened to us but after my meeting with Rosé unnie and after we voiced out our goals, we became happier and more confident, eager to improve ourselves.

"I just peeped in to remind you that your monthly evaluation is just around the corner, like in a week? Yes, that will be next week" oh shoot we almost forgot about that cruel monthly evaluation. Right, it is almost the end of the month.

"Like the usual, a group demo, and individual performances. Are we good?" he asked.

"Yes sir" we replied in unison.

"I am challenging you to do your best this week because, I have a surprise for you. Your panel wouldn't be the usual, but special ones so strive hard to impress them. Who knows, it could change your future" he said meaningfully before leaving us astounded.

"Guys, this is it. Let's prove ourselves. So a group demo? What song will we do?" I asked the younger members.

"Anything" Blythe replied.

"Yeah, just choose the best for you" Jeed agreed.

Here we are again struggling with decision making. I shook my head as I smiled at them and they got the idea.

"I guess it's the hardest skill to learn. Let's strive hard. Or better, let's learn how to be organized without a group leader eh?" I suggested.

"Why not" the younger girls replied in unison and we laughed.

Finally, after hours, kidding, of looking for the perfect song, we were able to choose one. Blythe immediately set to work on the dance steps while Jeed converted some parts into rap. I on the other hand practiced the chorus and learned the whole song.
