3rd Person's POV

Khun Kan was still being interrogated by his captors. But time and time again he refused to tell even a cent of information.

Playing mind games was not really his forté but nevertheless he still tried to rile them up.

[Clang]

A sound coming from a can thrown towards them. Suddenly a smoke came out from it.

It's a smoke grenade. The masked men had difficulty in seeing whoever threw it. They panicked. Suddenly there were gun shots coming from everywhere.

The guy interrogating Khun Kan earlier didn't even survived. Some men wearing suits were appearing through the smoky room.

"Khun Kan.. we are sent here by Khun Korn to help you." One of the men in suit said to him.

"Good work Chan...so is my brother still at his office? I really need to talk to him now" Khun Kan said to him. The man who talked to Khun Kan was actually the head bodyguard of Khun Korn.

"Okay Sir we'll take you there. He's actually waiting for you." Chan responded.

The minor family's bodyguards were freed from the basement where they were detained by the invaders earlier.

Khun Kan then proceeded to the major family's mansion.

In the meantime...

Vegas's POV

I fell asleep...more like in between dozing off but still able to feel my surroundings. It feels so comfortable and peaceful I never had a feeling like this ever since. Maybe its because of this guy massaging my temples?

"You can rest from time to time you know.." i said being a little considerate. Well.. I should be right? its been hours since he started massaging my temples.

"It's okay Khun Vegas.. I'm used to this.." he replied.

"Does Phi Khun always have headaches?" I asked. Does he? More like the people around him should have it. He's always up to something crazy. I looked at him.

"Sometimes...especially when he is having a hangover...but mostly I did this for my grandma and grandpa back in our hometown." He answered while smiling. Ohh... interesting.

He's got dimples..he looks cute I'll give him that.

"So am I like an old man right now?" I asked him with a teasing tone.

He stopped massaging.

"No! Khun Vegas you're not an old man" he said a little panicking.

This guy is amusing to tease. [Sharp pain in the head]

"Ughh!! This freaking headache won't leave me be." I muttered.

And so Pete resumed in massaging my temples. I closed my eyes again.

[Door opens]

I didn't mind who entered because I assumed that it was a nurse who just came to check on me. What bothered me was when Pete removed his hand. I had to open my eyes.

"Sawadee krup Khun Kinn...Khun Kim...Khun Macau..Porche and Porchay" he payed respects to the people who just entered.

They just nodded back to him.

"Hia/Phi!!!" Macau and Porchay said at the same time while rushing towards me.

"You guys don't be so loud..my head is still aching" i said right away. Ughh this is killing me.

Both of them hugged me tightly and I winced. Pete somehow noticed it.

"Khun Macau..Porchay..please don't hug Khun Vegas too tight.. he's still recovering from his wounds" he said softly while tapping their shoulders.

They let me go from the embrace they made earlier.

"It's fine let them be.." i said to him.

"Hia..are okay now?" Macau asked me. According to Pete when I was experiencing withdrawals both Macau and Chay cried.

"Yes I'm okay... Mostly I feel fine now except for this random headache I'm experiencing." I replied. His face still full of worry. He sat beside me.

I noticed Chay was still standing looking down. [Sniffs] is he crying?

"Chay..." I called him. He didn't respond. "Chay... won't you look at Phi?" I called him once again.

His shoulders were shaking. He's trying to hide that he's crying. Haaaa..

"Chay ...can you come here? Sit beside me.." i said while patting the free space to my other side.

He shooked his head. I know he's feeling guilty about the gun shot I took for him. He's been holding it in since we got out of there. I'm not too dumb to not notice it.

He complied to my request but still he didn't look at me.

"Chay.. I already told you..it was not your fault.. getting shot that time was inevitable.." I said with a tone of assurance.

"But Phi..if it weren't for me..[sobs][sniffs]waaahhhh" he said while his tears streaming from his cheeks.

Ughhh...okay...

"Chay listen to me... getting shot under those circumstances are already normal...it always happens...even during business transactions...so please stop whatever you're thinking right now. I'm really okay." I said to him in affirmation.

Eventually he stopped crying. Instead both Macau and Porchay started to talk to me about school. We had a nice chat. Moments later Porche came to me.

"Thank you for saving my brother..." He said. Haaa I really don't like this guy.

"Don't thank me.. I wouldn't have saved him if he didn't remind me of Macau.." I said coldly. Kim and Porchay didn't react to this because I already told them before. I'm really not into saving people.

This made the guy angry. Well I don't care. I don't pretend when it's not necessary.

"YOU! BASTARD! son of a b*tch! So if my brother didn't remind you of your brother you won't save him? So you'll just save your own blood?" He said to me angrily while shouting.

"Ohh..Kim? I saved him because its a must.. I would've been branded a traitor by the main family if they knew I left him there." I said sarcastically.

Phi Kinn tried to stop the guy. And said that this is how I am.

"Whatever if you guys are done just leave... I want to rest. " I said to them. Haaaaa. I'm really tired. "And you two...you should go to school." I pointed at Macau and Porchay.

Suddenly I feel nauseated..[throws up]

"Bleghhh!!..ughh! F*ck!" I vomited but this time it's blood.

They were all shocked. I vomited again. And again.

Pete immediately paged the doctor.
