There was a reason Creed had not been back to visit their 'party' for a while.
He thought they were getting too close. And getting too close could compromise the mission. The reason Creed left Hell to begin with.

Creed wouldn't feel bad about betraying Seraph, she was a dick to them. It'd be only fair. But the others; Weiss, Kuro and Kujo. They were okay-ish, if not incredibly dysfunctional.
