2 months later

"Are you sure everything is going well?" Dana had her phone to her ear.

"Yes, I'm fine, as fine as I can be in rehab." Lily said.

"Well, you sound fine."

"And I'm telling you I'm fine."

"Alright." Dana gave up. "Have you spoken to Dr. Eleanor?"

"Yea." Lily said. "I've got a couple months maybe less."

Dana sighed.
She thought the cleansing would take three months and not more.
"I thought you had one more left?"

"I did, it was my choice to stay here longer."

"Oh."

"Don't be surprised. I told you I was serious about it this time." Lily said. "Temptation is harder to deal with than actually getting clean."

"Hmm."

"I got to go; I'm holding up the line."

"Alright. Call soon."

"I will. Love you."

"Love you too." Dana said before Lily hung up. She sighed and put the phone on her desk in the back office.

"How is she?"

Dana looked up at Owen from across her desk and smiled.
"She's doing great."

"Good. I can't wait for her to be out."

"Me too."

Owen watched her and waited till she was ok to continue their discussion.

Dana noticed and smiled at him.
"Where were we?"

"The contract."

"Yea." She said sitting upright.

"Basically, it says you're offering financial support as a silent partner but you wouldn't have a say in any decision making except the business starts getting in the black."

"Sounds about right."

"Good, sign here, here and here." He pointed to a few places in the contract. "Great, I'll have this sent to the Fin brothers."

"Done with that." Dana said. "Has Ground Up finalized the paper work on the construction and gotten the permits?"

"Alex is on it. He'll have it sent over before the end of the week." Owen said.

Dana sighed.

"You need to take a break."

"I'll take a break when my divorce is finalized next month and the bakery opens up."

Owen smiled.
"And I'm in this with you."

Dana looked up at him.
"You have a company to run."

"Yes, but I have people to manage it. In the meantime, I'm at your disposal."

Dana smiled.
She liked the idea of him being at her disposal.

Her phone rang just as she was about to give him a not so innocent comeback.
"Hey little sister."

"Hey." Catherine said on the phone. "So, he called me an hour ago and wants to meet up."

"Yikes, I wonder why. He's had twenty-five years which is the entirety of your life."

Catherine sighed.

"I'm not making it better, sorry." Dana said. "Just be you."

"Always." Catherine. "Thanks."
