Chapter 78

Athena POV

I smile at him awkwardly as I stand at the door way. I shyly wave my hand. "Hi"

He put down the book he's holding, he run towards me then grab my waist and hug me tight.

"Gosh, I miss your scent" He sweetly said.

I hug him back. "And i miss you"

We both pull off. He stare at me for a while, as i hold him on the waist.

"I'm sorry if- " I apologize.

"No don't, what's important for me is your back"

I smile at him. "You don't look good, I'll take care of you again" I said while caressing his cheeks.

Suddenly we heard someone approaching. "Ma? Ma!" Anton immediately hug me.

"Aww nak, kamusta?" I ask still hugging him.

"All better now that you're back, dad will not sleep on the couch again" He tease.

Sandro and I laugh. "Yup, wala ng matutulog sa sala" I said looking at Sandro.

They both hug me tight. "I'm sure ading is happy too" Anton said.

"Yes of course but for now pwede magmeryenda muna tayo? Si ading ginugutom nanaman si mama ih" I said as i caress my stomach.

Sandro held my hand as well. "Well let's go downstairs and eat"

We eat happily while talking about some things we usually talk about.

Then dinner, I cook Sinigang their favorite.

After that, both of them watch Star Wars at the living room. As i continue to watch with them, i can feel my eyelids getting heavy, naalala ko hindi ako gaanong nakatulog kagabi.

"Patapos na ba?" I yawn. Sandro look at me who's sitting beside me.

"Why? Antok ka na?" He ask.

I nod. "Oo eh, oras na ako naka sleep kagabi" I inform.

"Then, Anton it's 10pm we should take a rest already" He said.

"But, it's almost done, dad. Andyan naman po si Ate Mela kausap boyfriend nya, may kasama pa po ako, 30 minutes more please" He please.

"But-

"Mahal, let him watch na lang, tara na" I calmly said to him. He took a heavy sigh and stand up to support me.

We both went upstairs and lie in bed.

"Hindi ka na matutulog sa sofa sa sala ngayon" I laugh.

"Hindi na nga" He smiles. His face became serious. "Mahal, I'm sorry if my family's surname has a big impact to our family" He apologize.

"Hindi lang naman ikaw yung may pananagutan eh, syempre ako din kasi i choose to be with you, kaya I apologize as well" I said.

"Let's just take care of this family, okay?" He positively said. I smile to him as I wrap my arms around him.

Monday morning..

"Nak, baon mo" I said to Anton as i handed him a Sandwich.

"Thanks ma, I'm going to be late, bye!" He quickly said as he ran outside to ride on the car.

I smile at him and wave goodbye. I went upstairs to prepare myself for school, as Sandro. Busy checking his paper works for work.

I'm almost done when he entered our room and kiss me on the cheek. "I have to go, take care of yourself, okay?" He said.
