I don't get much sleep often. My nightmares don't allow me to. But when I do, it's like a unicorn on crack. I either sleep good, or sleep bad, waking up with sore muscles and cramps.
I groan, rubbing my eyes as a soft knock on the door wakes me. I check the clock on my nightstand to see it's seven in the morning. I'm not surprised Juno hasn't woken me up crying. He's a good, quite baby if he's fed. The only time he really ever cries if he's hungry. You can blame that on Nicholas and his guards.

I swiftly shift Juno off of my stomach and onto the bed. Making sure not to make a sound as I crawl out from under the covers. I open the door, squinting my eyes at the hall light. These people are trying to make me blind with all the lights in this house.
"Good morning" Odin smiles softly, Showing off his pearly whites.
I give him a puzzled look and he just laughs at me. "You slept all yesterday after going upstairs." I open my mouth and make a O shape before closing it.
I slept the whole day. Damn. That's a new record.
"Morning" I whisper. I don't know how to explain it, but like I said before, I feel a connection with Odin and Vinnie. I feel like I can talk to them. I know it's too soon but blame it on my daddy issues.
"Breakfast is ready whenever you want to come down. If you're too tired I can bring it up for you. But you have to eat and take your medication. Doctors orders." He says sternly. Crossing his arms over his chest as he narrows his eyes playfully.
