Just for clarification if anyone was confused.
When something is in italics within Quotations, it symbolizes that character's thoughts. For example, "This is normal Speech" while "This is someone's thoughts". If something outside of quotations is in italics, it represents a visual flashback. That's what happened in the last chapter when Tanjiro was thinking about Nezuko.
