Gaege's (Juicy's) POV
"Come on!" Eddie shouted as we ran, "The other boys have the guards distracted!" My legs were burning as adrenaline pumped through my veins. My heart had never pounded so hard in my life. I desperately tried to catch up to Eddie, but he was a lot faster and stronger than I was.

I stumbled when I heard a gunshot, leaning against the wall. I heaved deep breaths, feeling light-headed from the loss of blood from when the man hit me in the side of the head. "Gaege! Are you alright?" Eddie quickly came up to me, grabbing my arm gently, "Come on, we're almost there." I snapped my arm away, still anxious about him touching me. He seemed shocked about my sudden movement, but I ignored it.

"I'm fine," I said under my breath, picking myself up, "Lets go; it's not far from here." My hand brushed his for a second as I glanced over my shoulder, making sure no guards were following us. We turned the familiar hallway, noticing everyone turn to us. The hopeful gleam in their eyes made me feel so sorry for them, but we were going to set them free.

I pulled the key I had stolen earlier out of my pocket, relieved that they didn't take it from me. Eddie raised an eyebrow when I tossed it to him, saying, "Here, I'll keep watch to make sure no guards are coming. You set the others free and run!" Eddie hesitated before telling me, "Gaege..." He paused, meeting my eyes with a worried stare, "I..."

I couldn't help but notice the way his eyes slowly studied my features, his dark eyes slipping a peek down to my lips then back up to my eyes. "Please be careful." Was all he answered with, not daring to break eye contact with me.

I could tell he was holding back, but we could deal with our problem later. This wasn't the time to talk about relationship problems or bring up the once heart-stricken feelings I had for him or how he broke my heart into a million pieces.

I nodded, turning back to face the waves of guards heading my direction. I took a deep breath, readying myself and gathering all the strength I had left within me.

I heard Eddie unlocking the cells behind me as the guards approached me with the man in black leading the way. He gestured for them to stop with his hand as he peered at me. "You're not supposed to be here," He threatened, "I'll be sure you're dead before you can escape."

"Like you said before," I furrowed my eyebrows as I glared at him, "I'm not like everyone else. You can suck it asshole!" He clenched his jaw at my language, but it was honestly pretty relieving to finally be able to cuss at this guy.

The guards pointed there guns at me, all instantly firing at once. With all my focus, I raised my hands, stopping the bullets in place. The guards looked shocked as their bullets flew back at them, and I flashed the leader a smug smirk. He was surprised for a few seconds but still held up his gun. My body was weak and tired, but I still persisted despite the heavy weight forcing me down.

I suddenly heard a click of a gun behind me, followed by a gasp from Eddie. "Don't do this," Eddie said, making me snap my head in his direction, "Please."

The world came to a complete stop when I saw Liv holding the gun, and I couldn't believe it. "Liv!" I shouted, "What the hell are you doing?!" Tears were streaming from her eyes, and her face was red and puffy from crying.

"I'm sorry, Gaege!" She didn't meet my eyes, only stared at the shaky gun in her hands in front of her, "I have to do this." A dark laugh sounded from the the leader, and I turned to face him again. "What did you do to her?" I shouted furiously. He didn't answer, only stared at me with an amused look.

"He... he threatened my family," Liv sobbed as she said shakily, "I'm sorry. I can't let this man hurt you again, Gaege." I shook my head, feeling my eyes tear up. Eddie stared in horror at the black pistol in front of him, holding his hands up innocently. His eyes flickered to me, clouded with fear and desperation for me to do something.

"You don't want to do this," Eddie said calmly, swallowing a lump in his throat, "Please. We can figure this out." Liv sniffed, not showing any signs of lowering her gun. "You don't understand. You don't know what it's like to have your family threatened in front of you!" Liv shouted, her trembling hands tightening around the weapon. "And you were the one who turned in Gaege! How am I supposed to trust you?"

Eddie was silent, only looked away sadly. His eyes were glossy and beginning to fill with tears at her words. Liv's finger hovered over the trigger, and I could hear the leader behind me say, "Do it! Don't hold back anymore!"

I desperately ran in front of Eddie before she could move, holding my hands out. "Wait!" I shouted, meeting her shocked eyes, "You'll have to shoot me first!" "No! Gaege-" Eddie began to say before I shook my head. Her dark eyes met mine with a look I couldn't read, frozen in place as the gun hovered over in front of our faces.

"Do it," The leader suddenly sided beside Liv, pressing the gun to her forehead. Liv's eyes widened, and I couldn't believe what I was seeing. My heart was pounding in my ears, but I didn't dare move, protecting Eddie with all I had left. I couldn't use my powers anymore, only survive on a small whim of hope that I didn't know I had.

A loud bang suddenly went off and I squeezed my eyes shut, feeling the world fade into a sharp ringing noise. I couldn't see, couldn't hear, couldn't figure out what happened. I cautiously opened my eyes, only to gasp before seeing what had happened.

A/N: Ah yes, another cliffhanger. Sry guys, the chapter was just getting too long yk? IM SORRY don't be mad :'(
