I'd like to start off by saying this is my first "book". Please cut me some slack lol. I've always been a sucker for a bodyguard trope. Although as the story goes on the focus on the bodyguard role kinda fades. This story becomes more serious and emotional at the end🤍

The main character has been abused in the past but is never fully elaborated on. I kept this open to 1. Not trigger anyone and 2. Let the reader decide what happened to her. However at the end we get a pretty good idea of what happened in previous years.
I do appreciate grammar corrections but please no insults on this book. Again, it's my first story. I'm really writing it for me. But thought maybe someone else would enjoy it too.
