bright dazzling white,
surrounded by translucent angels
My eyes never leave
such a sight.
You are the Wisdom of God!
the manifestation of the Divinity!
Can I know the point where
the earth ends, and heaven begins?
the place where we all go?
You've painted the earth in darkness, God.
mere shadows of what once was.
Hope is but a curse here.
You've shut all doors to the past
and to my future.
I see only a stairway.
