I promise the pain is unbearable and I want to die.
"One last push madam and your baby will be here"the nurse said to me as I pushed one last time.
"Congratulations madam it's a girl" the nurse says as she smiles widely.
"Lemme go outside to give your husband the great news"she says and leaves and I stare at her confused.
"Is Carlos outside,what is he doing here"I say to myself and tears roll down my eyes.
In as much as I hate him right now,I can't let my father grow up without a father.
"What if he's here to apologize,can I forgive him and start afresh with our baby girl?"

I realized I was an asshole this time.
Why didn't I see the signs
My innocent wife
I have caused her pain
Aaahhhh
I said as I slam my hands at the door
•Alan calls•
"Yo dude she's giving birth"he said and I just grab my keys and leave.
You might have guessed I'm in a hotel.
35 minutes later
"Where is she"I scream at the nurse at the reception
"My wife she's giving birth"I say.
"Room 35 but she's in labor"the receptionist says
"How tf do you take my wife to a public room I'll deal with you later" I say and rush to room 35
"No sir you are not allowed to enter"the nurse says
"My wif.." I didn't finish and she interrupted
"Calm down your wife is fine and the baby will be out in a few minutes"
The nurse says and enters
An hour later
"Congratulations Mr. Gustamante your wife just gave birth to a baby girl!" The nurse said
