But ever since her mother died when she was three, her dad always left her with his assistant Jane, and she wasn't very nice to say the least. But then, when she was nine she met Leo Valdez and her whole life changed. He become like a brother to her, and he was the only friend she had. Leo on the other hand has always been struggling with himself. His mother Esperanza Valdez died in a fire when he was eight, and he blames himself for that, no matter how young he was. After that he's always been running from places, like orphanage's and abusive foster homes. He then stumbled over Piper and for once decided to stay.
