Tomorrow is the day.

Not just the flight to Burbank and the interview.

Seeing my Aunt Rosita.

She thinks im innocent and sweet and know nothing of what she did to my mother.

I know a lot.

Its so traumatizing that i can't even say it to anyone.

Maybe ill talk about it with Ezra one day.

Even though he's not much of an advice giver.

Honestly today i did have an awesome time with Ezra.

We chased each other and played some child games.

Even though we are 13, were still very childish.

Though the awkward encounter with Ava was embarrassing.

I also teased Ezra a bit, just for fun.

He seems more jumpy and he blushed more nowadays.

I wonder why?

Maybe the pressure of him being on live TV got to him.

I also noticed his huge fashion change.

I guess he got over the professional blouse faze.

Though he looks more dashing in them honestly.

Right now im packing for tomorrow.

I was about to fold my favorite 'January Valentines' hoodie when i heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." I said.

The door opened, it was my dad.

"Hope im not interrupting with your packing. I know tomorrow is a very exciting and important day." Dad said walking in.

"No your not, im almost done anyways." I said

"Great, now before you leave me for a week. I want you to know if you have any problems you could Tell me." Dad said sitting on my bed.

"I dont have any, i promise." I said as i faked smiled,

I didn't want to tell him.

Not at least now.

I quickly stuffed the hoodie inside.

"Good, exciting day its gonna be tomorrow right?" Dad said with a smile.

"The best, the great journey and opportunity of a lifetime." I said with a big smile.

"I know, plus you can bond with Aunt Rosita." Dad said.

"Yeah i will.." I said faking a smile.

"Anyways, how was your day out?" Dad asked.

"Oh it was so much fun hanging out with Ezra." I said searching my closet for my favorite Tee.

"Ezra?" dad asked.

"Yeah, he is pretty fun to hang out with." I said as i formed a little smile.

"Yeah he probably is. I like him, he makes you happy." dad said.

"Dont you, Ava and Kyle make me happy too?" I said.

"Yes but your happiness is in a new level when your with him." dad said.

"Really?" I asked as i looked at him.

"Yes. Its like you have a crush on him." Dad said.

I froze in my tracks and dropped my sunhat.

A crush on Ezra?

How silly, he probably wouldn't like me back anyways.

"No dad." I said

"Well maybe not now." Dad said.

"Dad...." I looked at him raising an eyebrow.

"Im kidding. Im kidding." Dad said.

"Whatever." I said a bit annoyed.

"Anyways i better leave you to it." Dad said getting up from my bed.

"Good night." I said.

"Good night Maudie." Dad responded before walking out.

Once he completely left the room, i placed the last set of clothes in my suitcase.

I then zipped it up and put it aside.

I jumped on my bed and hugged a pillow.
