The dinner was ready and as if on cue the bell rang I washed my hands and walked out to open the door.
" Jason" I squeaked pulling him to a tight hug.
He has grown since the last time I last saw him.
" Look at this", he said flexing his bicep. I smack it laughing.
" Nice, where did it go though? I can't see anything " I say squinting my eyes mocking him.
I love to roast him. Honestly, I live to roast.
" Ugh," he says as he walks and sits on the couch.
" Poor baby is hurt " I coo at him, pissing him more than he already is.
"Shut up " he groans.
I laugh as I place the plates on the dining table.
" Jason the dinner is here " I scream as I place the last utensil filled with food.
He strides towards me as he pulls one of the chairs and sits.
He opens the lids and his smile grows.
Of course, I made his favourites.
" You are the best," he says rubbing his hands together with a cheeky smile.
" That's what they all say, " I say as I laugh it off.
By the look of him, I can say he's enjoying it.
"How are your grades"I ask him taking a bite.
He drops his spoon and fork and looks at me.
" You tell me", he says crossing his hands over.
"Of course genius, straight A's?" I say smiling.
Jason was that guy who would enjoy his life yet score straight A's.
He loves robotics, so that pretty much explains him taking Robotic engineering.
We were done with dinner.
We decided to play.
I turn on our PS5. I had it here for my little brother if he wanted to show up.
The game was so interesting. We were so into it screaming and howling.
" Score Loser", he says looking at me flicking his middle finger.
" Says the one who lost like three times " I smirk
" Another game? " he challenges.
I nod and we play.
I must say he is a good player.He must have been playing these days.
We were on tie.
" That's enough for now " I say.
" Loser" he screams making funny faces.
" Whatever helps you sleep at night" I say walking towards the guest room making sheets for him.
He follows behind me.
" So anything new?" I ask him.
My brother and girls is just not even on the table but he surprises me by saying.
"So there's this girl " he says rubbing his neck.
I stop on my tracks from whatever I'm doing.
I pinch myself to yelp in a second.
So it is true and I'm not dreaming.
" So macaroni got a girlfriend?" I say holding a hand on my chest genuinely happy for my little brother.
