It was a normal stream and a normal day.

Tommy is streaming with Dream, Phil, Wilbur, Tubbo, Ranboo, Niki, Jack and Techno in a lore stream.

Tommy is really worn out from the amount of stress regarding his school plus, his social life. Tommy ate just a bit a while ago because he didn't have an appetite for eating even though his mother forced him to eat more. He's also been working and editing non-stop without any breaks except for a bathroom break.

Besides that, he didn't have enough sleep because he's been practicing his role for this lore since it's the biggest one yet.

"I- I- I'm confused... " Tommy said, feeling upset

"Can't you see Tommy? You're the reason why all the problems existed in the first place! So don't you dare act like you don't have no clue" Niki angrily said

As the sword that Jack tried to kill him with, almost plunge Tommy's stomach, Tubbo shouted his name, "TOMMY"

Tubbo and Ranboo were there with their adopted child, Michael but can't lunge at them because someone gripped their arms tightly.

"Move or I'll kill your piglin kid" Dream who escaped from prison not too long ago, threatened them

"Please Techno, don't kill your own brother!" Ranboo pleaded

"That gremlin is no brother of mine, Can't you see!? He betrayed me in the first place" Techno glared at Tommy

"Please... Wilbur... " Tommy sadly pleads

"I'm sorry Tommy... " Wilbur lied

In real life, Tommy is not doing well. At all

He feels like vomiting any second by now and was surprised that he's still practically awake. He just wished that this lore could end quickly even though they're still in the middle of it.

Tommy can't be in his normal self and he didn't yell at people that often because he's too weak to do so. Though, he didn't let his friends and the viewers know about it. His blood pressure might just drop any moment now. He really needs to tell his parents to go on a check up.

TOMMY!" Phil caught his attention

"Oh uh.. Yeah?" Tommy stared blankly

"Didn't you hear what we told you?" Jack, who's now apparently worried about Tommy, his real life self, said

"Tommy, you good?" Dream who's feeling the same with Jack, spoke

Tubzo_: should I call motherinnit?

Chats are going faster than ever. A couple of jokes but also some concerns are thrown around the chat.

Tommy has been catching his friends off-guard. Until, they heard a thud.

"TOMMY! OH GOD" Ranboo, who's now shaking on his chair without the viewers knowing, said

"TOMMY! JUST HANG ON" Techno reassured Tommy

" 'el.. p' " Tommy , whose head is on his desk, is not okay.

Wilbur, as the daring big brother he is and much more closer than anyone else to Tommy, called Tommy's father immediately.

Each of their streams ended with just a duration of 45 minutes.

Some of the DreamSMP members who are watching the stream joined the call where Phil, Tommy and the others are in.

"Is Tommy okay??" George, one of the members that joined just recently, asked

"I don't know..." Dream, now frantically sending a reassuring tweet on Twitter saying that Tommy is okay, even though they don't know yet, said

"Don't worry, Tommy has been sent to the hospital" Fatherinnit calmly said, like it's been done before

"Is this normal.. Sir?" Karl asked, concerned

"Well, quite I think. Tommy's been born with a low blood pressure and gets easily hydrated. That is why, Tommy is kinda loud so that his blood pressure would increase just a bit more. But now, Tommy is stressed with school, same with his career. He lacks sleep, eats a little bit of food and works non-stop without any breaks which is very concerning for us parents and I hope you will help us?" Fatherinnit explained

"Of course! He did mentioned it once about his blood pressure but Karl and I didn't know that it's very serious than it sounds like" Quackity answered

"We will try our best to help as much as we can" Sapnap said

"Can Tubbo, Phil, George and I visit Tommy in the hospital sir?" Wilbur requested

"I told you Wilbur, you can always call me by my name and you're always welcome. The hospital is the nearest hospital in the block" Fatherinnit told them

"Thank you!" Tubbo thanked

A couple days later, Tommy is now discharged from the hospital.

The DreamSMP became even more protective around him and reminded Tommy all the time about resting and not to overwork.

Not only the SMP, but as well as Tommy's loyal viewers and any YouTubers and/or streamers that's streaming or friends with Tommy.

'Guess I need to drink my coke more so often-

But that will just cause me diabetes...
