Ash and Gabriel spent the next few weeks planning their wedding. Daniel had been sent a message asking to be best man and Bethany the maid of honour. They had chosen a beautiful Catholic Church. The night before, Ellegaard had put up protective spells around the church and the place of the reception.

Gabriel and Daniel stood at the side of the church. The warrior was in a dark cyan shirt with dark blue trousers and suit. Daniel was in a deep purple suit and the. Gabriel was on edge, "What if she says no? Or I screw up on vows and say someone else's name? Or-" He felt a hand on his shoulder. Daniel smiled reassuringly,
"Gabriel, take a deep breath and focus on the good things,"
Gabriel did so when the priest came out and said,

Gabriel took a deep breath again before walking in. Daniel stood at his side. Ivor, Adrian and Xavier escorted Harper, Rosalyn and Ellegaard up the aisle. Next came Bethany, walking alone with a straight back. The groomsmen were in black suits while the bridesmaids were in short dresses in the own chosen colour. Then, dressed in a beautiful, white, open shoulder dress, her hair half up half down, was Ash. Everyone else rose to their feet. The women stood on Ash's side with the men in Gabriel's,
"Before we begin," Said the priest, "Does anyone object to this marriage?"
Nothing was said. The priest smiled, "Gabriel and Ash, have you come here to enter marriage without coercion, freely and wholeheartedly?"

"Good," The priest turned to Gabriel, "Gabriel, repeat after me. I, Gabriel,"

The priest turned smiling to Daniel, "May we have the rings?"
Daniel came over holding a cushion on which were two golden rings. The priest nodded,
"Gabriel, place the ring on Ash's finger,"
Gabriel took Ash's ring and placed it on her finger, "Ash, receive this ring as a sign of my love and fidelity, in the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,"

Gabriel took Ash in his arms and kissed her passionately on the lips. The bride closed her eyes and kissed back, equally passionate. They felt tears of joy falling from their eyes. When the parted, they both wiped the other's tears, grinning happily. Everyone clapped and cheered before Gabriel and Ash walked down the aisle, hand-in-hand. Bethany and Daniel followed before the other groomsmen and bridesmaids followed.
