Spencer waited at the bar of the Slauson Cafe, looking at the menu.

His mind contemplated ordering the BLT or the cheeseburger, unaware of Dianna approaching. She fixed her braids, getting the waiter's attention.

"Hi, can I get two bacon cheeseburgers? Thanks, keep the change

"Hi, can I get two bacon cheeseburgers? Thanks, keep the change."

Spencer watched as she handed the man fifty dollars. He nodded, walking off to put in her order.

"Don't look so surprised." She spoke then laughed.

He chuckled, shaking his head.

"I'm not.. just concerned about you carrying that amount of cash."

"Your girlfriend doesn't?" She giggled.

Spencer turned his attention back to the menu before getting the waiter's attention.

"Let me get a BLT and the large caesar salad." He ordered, remembering Sydney's request.

The man nodded, completing the transaction.

After another minute of silence between the two, Dianna scoffed, realizing he was ignoring her.

"You don't have to be rude."

"I'm not.." He turned to her.

"I chose to end the conversation when you brought Sydney in."

"It was a simple question."

"Which I don't have to answer." He irritably spoke.

"Can you just take a second?"

He sighed, glancing around the cafe. As he turned back to Dianna, the girl swiftly cupped his face, connecting their lips.

Spencer processed her actions, quickly pulling away. Dianna smirked, wiping her bottom lip.

"What was that?"

"It was a kiss, silly." She replied, smiling.

"Your lips are soft, too."

Spencer stood in disbelief of her boldness as she continued.

"That wasn't cool-"

"Who cares about cool? I like you."
