Jade's P.O.V.
I was getting ready for Griffin and I's "date", when I heard a noise coming from the window. It was a sound like metal on glass, irritating. I slowly walked over to my bedroom window when suddenly it shattered. Assassin was suddenly standing in my bedroom. I screamed and heard footsteps from outside my room, but before they reached the door Assassin waved his hand and it locked itself. Assassin was towering over me as I curled into a ball on the floor. Then his body froze, twitched, and fell to the ground. Behind him was Shadow, with his hand held out where Assassin's back was. "Shadow!" I said. He smiled "No need to thank me, Jade." He unlocked the door. "Come outside, Agent Rally has a special communiqué."
"A what?"
"A communiqué, announcement." He rolled his eyes.
"Oooooh, okay." I smiled.
So we walked out the door and into my front yard.

After Agent Rally came with the rest of the team we made a big decision. We were getting a home base.
