Kiseki meets Kuroko's Sister (KnB Fanfic)

Minako's POV

Finally, it's summer vacation here in the Philippines. Finished my clearance and no summer classes. Suddenly, my phone rang. I checked it and my mom is calling.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Mina-chan, okāsandesu. (Mina-chan, it's your Mom.)" My mom answered with a trembling voice. My mother is a pure Japanese. She is married to my dad who is a Half-Japanese and Half-American with a small amount of Filipino. And they also had a American-Japanese translator, Sebastian Evans, a friend of my dad.

"Okāsan,-dōshita no? (Mom, what's wrong?)" I asked again.

"Anata no otōsan wa, shinzō ga akka shite irunode, shinzō no shujutsu o ukeru tame ni Beikoku ni iku hitsuyō ga arimasu. (Your dad needs to go to the States to undergo surgery on his heart because it's getting worse.)" She answered while crying. I, myself, freaked out from the news. Dad is a hard-headed guy but with a loving heart for me and my older brother, Kuroko.

"Okāsan, kono keikaku ni tsuite yoroshīdesu ka? (Are you sure about this plan, Mom?)" I asked one more time.

"Hai, kore ga kare o sukuu yuiitsu no hōhōdesu. (Yes, this is the only way to save him.)" She answered. I'd never had second option because time is short.

"Soko ni tsuku toki wa chūi shite kudasai. (Just be careful when you get there.)" I advised her.

"Arigatō, Minako. (Thank You, Minako.)" She cried and then I smiled.

"Koko Firipin wa natsuyasuminanode, Tōkyō no nīsan ni aemasu ka? (Since, it's summer vacation here in the Philippines, can I visit big brother in Tokyo?)" I asked.

"Shōchishimashita! Anata no kyōdai wa anata ni aete totemo shiawase ni narudeshou. Anata ga Firipin de benkyō shite irai, kare wa anata no koto o kangae tsudzukete imasu. (Sure! Your brother will be so happy seeing you. Since you studied in the Philippines, he keeps on thinking about you.)" My mom replied.

"Sugoi! Watashi wa soko ni 2kagetsu taizai shimasu. (Great! I'll be staying there for 2 months.)" I said.

"Shōchi shimashita. Hajimeta hō ga ī. Ima sugu otōsan o chekku suru hitsuyō ga arimasu. (Sure. I better get going. Need to check your dad right now.)" She said.

"Sate, kiwotsukete, okāsan. (Okay, take care, Mom.)" I replied and turned off my phone. 

I feel excited and worried at the same time. Excited because I'm going to visit my brother. But worried because our dad is sick. Suddenly a voice heard from behind, it's Mio.

"Your mom called?" She asked.

"Yeah. She told me about my dad." I said. She sighed and pushed her glasses back.

"So you're going to Japan?" Mio asked.

"Yes." I answered.

"Well, it's okay for me since you don't have summer class." She said. I smiled on her.

"What about you? Aren't you going to visit your big brother?" I asked.

"Well, I want to but who will take care of our apartment." She said. I giggled from her reply.

"If you say so." I sighed. Then, Akira and Misaka showed up.

"Ah, Mio-san, Mina-san... We've been looking for you..." Akira said.

"What are you two talking about?" Misaka asked.

"Well, Minako is going to Japan to visit her brother." She replied.

"Really? Can you bring sweets in Japan for me?" Misaka asked a favor. Our eyes twitched because of her request.

"Hehehe... Sure..." I replied with eye twitched.

"Yay!" She screamed with excitement.

"When our brothers do something stupid to you, tell us. We will beat their a**es out." Akira said with her scissors suddenly appeared from her pocket. She really does look like her brother, Akashi Seijirou.

"Where are Ayumi and Kaori?" Mio asked.

"They have a private tutoring with professor Marquez." Akira answered.

"Heh... Idiots..." Mio exclaimed. I smiled to them.

"Let's go cook for dinner. I'm hungry!" Misaka exclaimed while pulling me. Akira, Mio and I were the cooks here in our apartment. Then, Mio and Akira followed.

1 Hours Later...

We finished cooking our dinner and we already started eating. Most of the food we cooked were Filipino and Japanese, because this is their favorite. Suddenly, Kaori and Ayumi finally got home.

"WE'RE BA---" They shouted but stopped because they saw us eating at the moment.

"You guys are late. So, we already started." Mio explained.

"NO FAIR!!!" Kaori screamed and went to the table then Ayumi followed.

"Go wash first before meal!" Akira exclaimed. Kaori and Ayumi were freaked out and followed Akira's instructions so they went to the bathroom. She really IS Akashi's sister.

Minutes later, Kaori and Ayumi already took a shower and joined us in dinner and talked much about their school agendas. And after dinner, we cleaned the table then Mio and I washed the dishes. After that, we went to our room where Kaori, Akira, Ayumi and Misaka are there. While Mio is reading a book, I'm taking my bag out and fixed my clothes for my 2 month trip in Japan. During fixing my clothes, I saw my Teiko Shirt made by Mio.

"Mio!" I called.

"Yes?" She asked and she saw the shirt she made. She smiled and got out of bed to come near me.

"You still have that?" She asked.

"Yeah. This is a memory during our days in Teiko. I kind of miss those times playing basketball." I said. Then, Akira, Misaka, Kaori and Ayumi saw us together. So, Kaori suddenly hugged us from behind.

"No fair! Miocchi got to hug Minacchi!" Kaori complained. Then, Ayumi joined with us.

"Bringing back memories?" Akira asked. We smiled to them.

"Yeah..." I exclaimed.

"Kao and I knew your plan this vacation. Why not we make this day a happy one before you leave?" Ayumi suggested.

"Good idea. But what are we gonna do?" I asked. Suddenly Ayumi took a pillow and spanked Kaori's butt.

"AHHH!!!" Kaori screamed. We laughed at their actions. Then, Akira was hit by Ayumi's pillow which made them freak out.

"Hehehe... You dare to challenge me?" She said with a cold aura and got two pillows then chased the other two.

"AAAAHHHH!!!" They screamed. We laughed so hard.

"Lemme join!" Misaka screamed and joined the chase. Mio and I laughed at them. They look like little kids.

"Shall we join?" I asked Mio. She nodded as her reply and we joined the pillow fight until time passed.

It was fun to be with Generation of Miracles' sisters. I hope I would get along with their brothers, Kuroko-nii.
