Meredith POV
That was ... wow I say out of breath . Addison looked into my eyes and we kissed again but this kiss meant something, it wasn't just a casual sex kiss it was more of an I love you kiss .
After the kiss I grabbed addies hand " hey addie , I was wondering if maybe since I am getting better we could maybe try dating again."

Addison POV
I had never been happier when Meredith asked me on a date , I got butterflies " Meredith nothing would make me happier than being with you" I whisper into her ear while smirking , but she got up before I could kiss her again. "Why did you get up ? What are you doing ?" I ask visibly confused " saving it for our date" Meredith says while leaving the room winking at me .

Meredith POV
I walked into the bathroom and instantly felt bad for telling Addie I was better even though I was secretly cutting , well it wasn't so secret anymore Lexie knew but she won't tell anyone I hope . Without thinking I had the razor in my hand remembering not to cut too deep  there was two new slices on my arm.
After I cleaned up I had to get ready for our date , I was doing my make up when the most beautiful woman I have ever seen walked into the room , Addison was wearing a black puffy dress black shoes and her makeup was done to perfection ( not that she needed any )
"Wow" I whisper staring at her in awe " let's go" I say grabbing her hand and bringing her to my car

Addison POV
"Where are we going" I ask as mer hand me a blindfold "you'll love it" she replied kissing my cheek
When we got there Meredith got out of the car and opened my door pulling my blindfold off , it was beautiful , it was evening the sun was setting and she had set up a beautiful picnic in front of the harbour " I know it's not the best place for a date but you know I have a thing for ferry boats" Meredith giggled
After we ate we lay beside eachother playing with each others hair " I don't want this night to end ever" I whisper to mer , she smiled back and kissed me " let's go home Addie it's getting cold" she says disappointed that the night was ending
