Chapter 43: Prapartion Part II

Aly's POV

I really enjoyed Cienne's company. Grabe! Super jolly talaga niya, and we both wanted to be sisters pala, akala ko ako lang. Hahaha. Kambal na nga din tawag ko sa kanya e, feeler lang. Haha

Pagdating ko sa bahay, I immediately checked my phone. Naiwan ko kasi 'to nung umalis ako to buy a ring for my proposal, one week nalang kasi e. Nakasalubong ko lang si Cienne actually nung pauwi na ko. Wala nga akong nakita na maganda e. Nagkwentuhan nalang tuloy kami and she told me na she'll help me out. May alam daw siyang jewelry shop with unique designs.

"I trust you baby. I know ako lang, I love you! :*"

Huh? What's this? Nagulat naman ako sa text niya. Napaka random niya naman so I called her but she's not answering it. Kaya pinuntahan ko na agad siya sa dorm nila. Para naman akong kinabahan sa actions niya. That's her only text sakin today which is unusual kasi 3 to5 messages yung usually kong natatanggap from her pag di ako nakapagreply sa first text niya. Pagdating ko naman sa dorm nila, nakita ko agad si Bea sa labas para magtapon ng basura.

"Bea, si Missy?"

"Nasa room nila, why? Teka, pasok ka muna" nagmadali akong pumasok sa dorm nila and went straight to Missy's room. Nakita ko naman na bukas yun kaya pumasok na agad ako and there I saw her, holding our framed picture that was taken sa Laguna. Yung binigay ko sa kanya the day after our first Sundate. I saw how she wiped her tears.

"Ly, ako lang naman diba?" she whispered as she kiss our picture

"Missy" mukha naman siyang nagulat nung nagsalita ako. Siguro di niya pa alam na nandito ako "I've told you before and won't get tired of telling it over and over, ikaw lang." another tear just escaped from her eyes. "May problema po ba?"

"I don't know Ly." lumapit na ko sa kanya to hug her

"Hey, tell me why?" then I wiped her face "Is there something wrong?" niyakap niya naman ako, tighter than the usual

"Who's Cienne for you? Ano ba siya sa buhay mo?" nagugulahan ako, bakit bumalik na naman yung issue about sakanya?

"What about her? Bakit?" nagugulahang tanong ko sa kanya

"Please answer me. Nasasaktan na ko Ly" she said while crying

"Si Cienne, she's special to me. Why?" bigla naman siyang bumitaw sa yakap

"E ano ako sayo?" nakayuko niyang tanong, though I'm not getting her point, I still manage to answer

"You're my everything. The most precious person for me. Bakit? May problema ba tayo?"

Den's POV

"Then why am I feeling this way? I saw you guys a while ago. At the mall, hanging out, I guess? You seem so happy with her" I asked her, I really need to know. Alam ko and nararamdaman kong mahal niya ko but I can't erase the fact that she might find someone better than I am. Well I guess, sa katauhan ni Cienne yun.

"That's it? Missy, diba we promised to trust each other? Are you doubting my love for you?" I can feel pain in her voice

"I'm sorry, but its not that--"

"Then what?" she cut me off

"I saw how happy you were back there. How that girl made you smile. How she manage to make you laugh the way I do. Or should I say, better than what I did? I'm sorry babe, natatakot lang ako."

"Missy? You told me before about my insecurities right, but now? What's happening?" I can't read her expression by now but I'm sure that she's hurting

"Babe, sorry. Natakot lang ako, you're not even texting me kasi with what you're doing this past few days. I got worried and that I saw you with her. I'm sorry" I hug her again

"Shh, its okay. I'm sorry din kung nabawasan yung time ko for you. Marami lang akong inaasikaso. But I promise, after all those stuff, I'll spend more time with you, Missy. I love you"

"I love you too, babe." then I kissed her "Bakit pala kayo magkasama ni Cienne kanina?"

"Wait how'd you know it was Cienne and not Camille?" di ko rin alam e

"I don't know but the last time kasi, siya yung kasama mo so that's it. Pero bakit nga kayo magkasama?"

"Ah, nakasalubong ko lang siya nung pauwi nako. And since magisa lang siya, she invited me for a cup of coffee." nagkasalubong? Mukha kaya silang nagde-date "Missy, we're not dating okay? She's like a sister to me, the same way I am to her. Kaya nga kambal yung tawag ko sa kanya e. No need to get jealous!" proud niyang sabi

"Okay, I'm sorry again."

After our drama, umalis na din si Ly. She'll pick me up tomorrow nalang daw for our date, our Sundate for that matter.

FF..

Tuesday na ngayon, and four days from now, we'll be having our first match with La Salle this season then Christmas break na. Our Sundate went well, though we just attended the morning mass and hang out all day, we made sure that it'll be special. Nandito kami ngayon sa gym for our training, excused na kami from our classes for the whole week since nakapagpasa na kami ng requirements and took our exams.

Namimiss ko na si Aly, may class kasi siya today kaya wala siya dito, kahapon din. Sinusundo niya lang ako after training then we'll eat dinner together and that's it. Aalis na siya agad kasi may gagawin pa siya. Nagtatampo na nga ako pero wala naman akong magagawa. Ayoko naman isipin niya na hindi pa nga kami tapos nasasakal ko na agad siya. Eish!

We just did our daily routine, drills, weights, and such, then practice game. Nothing more, nothing less.

Aly's POV

After kong maihatid si Missy sa dorm, umuwi na agad ako to bake a lot of cupcakes. I'll be needing them para all set na sa Sunday. Susuhulan ko kasi yung mga nakatira sa tatlong katapat na bldg. ng unit ko, though our family owns them. Nakakahiya naman kasi since hihingi ako ng favor sa kanila. Haha!

Wala na akong klase for the whole week so back to suitor's duties muna ako. I made extra cupcakes for the team tomorrow, I also made cookies since it's Missy's favorite. Ihahatid ko lang 'to sa gym kasi I still have to do my stuff. Pupunta din ako sa Taft para magbigay sa LS.

FF..

Well I guess, everything's settled na. Si Den nalang ang kulang. For the whole week, eto lng yung ginawa ko. Hatid-sundo kay Missy, call every person that could help me and mang-uto ng kapitbahay. Haha! Saturday na kasi, and bukas na yung game nila and the 'Big day'. Sana lang hindi pumalpak. I know nagtatampo siya kasi minsan na lang kami makapag bonding, nilimit narin kasi yung time na pwede akong dumalaw sa dorm nila. They need to rest kasi para di sila masyadong exhausted during trainings. Idagdag mo pa yung kumalat na pictures namin ni Cienne sa social media, that was taken kasi the day nung sinamahan niya akong bumili ng ring for Missy. I tried explaining naman kaso she'll just cut me off and say

"Kung sasabihin mong nagkasalubong lang kayo, no need to exlpain. Kabisado ko na yan"

Then she'll walk away, ganun lagi. Kaya naisip kong sa Sunday ko nalang sasabihin sa kanya yung real reason.
