Chapter 40: Mosh's Prank

Den's POV

Eish! Umiiyak na si Mosh, I can't leave him like this. Pero di naman ako pwedeng hindi bumalik ng dorm ngayong gabi. Nagtext kasi sakin si Capt na pupunta sila Coach sa dorm tonight to discuss something, kaylangan daw lahat dun. Tsaka may morning jog kami ng 4am.

"Mosh, as much as I wanted to stay--"

"You cant? Ate! Please?" he cut me off and he's pulling my shirt "Just this once!"

"I really can't. Jus! San ba sila Mommy?" kaylangan ko nang umalis, baka malate pa ko ng uwi sa dorm

"Nasa office ni Daddy, wait lang. I'll call them"

"How about this Mosh, let your ate Den leave tonight and let's visit her nalang tomorrow during her training. Let's watch her play! You can cheer for her." sabi ni Ly sa kanya. Nagstop naman siya sa pagiyak, mukhang nagiisip sa opinion ni Aly

"You'll come with me?" tanong sa kanya ni Mosh

"Yep! I'll pick you up around 10am? Deal?" nilabas niya pa yung right hand niya for a shake hand

"It's a deal then! Promise?" he reached for Aly's and shook hands with her

"Yes. Promise!" sabi ni Ly tapos tumingin siya sakin at nginitian ako

"Thank you" I whispered to her

"Anything for you, Missy!" sagot ni Ly sakin

"What's wrong here, Den? Oh, hi there Aly!" bati ni Daddy samin

"Good Evening Tito, Tita." she greeted my parents

"Jus told us that you're having trouble with Mosh. Ano ba yun?" tanong ni Mommy

"Ayaw po kasi akong paalisin ni Mosh but everything's fine now. They'll visit me nalang tomorrow at the gym. Aly will pick him up around 10am." sagot ko

"Aly? Is that true? Baka may gagawin ka bukas?" tanong naman sa kanya ni Daddy

"Wala naman po. Para na rin po tumahan si Mosh. He really misses his ate e." sabay tingin sakin

"Hay. Oo na, sorry talaga Mosh. Ate's really busy kasi. Promise, if given the chance, I'll visit you. Okay?"

"I understand po. Good thing ate Aly's here! We'll visit and cheer for you!" sabi ni Mosh

"We'll go ahead na po, Daddy. Mommy yung mga pasalubong po nasa table."

"Sige na, baka gabihin pa kayo. Aly, thank you ha? Magingat kayo." sabi samin ni Mommy

"Sige po. Alis na po kami. Bye po. Mosh, be ready ha? I'll be here by 10am" sabi ni Ly kay Mosh "Bye Jus!" nagbeso na siya sa family ko

"Bye Mom, Dad!" I kissed them both, even yung mga kapatid ko "Mosh, behave okay? I'll see you tomorrow. Uhm, Jus sasama ka ba sa kanila bukas?"

"Nope. I still have to finish my projects. Next time nalang siguro"

"Okay. Sige na. Bye there!" tapos lumabas na kami ni Ly

Umalis na agad kami. Gamit namin yung car ni Ly ngayon. Iniwan niya daw to dito before kami pumunta ng Baguio para may magamit kami pabalik sa dorm.

Pagdating namin dun, sinalubong agad kami mga alagad ni Aly para kunin yung pasalubong nila.

Ella: How's your date? Masarap ba yung mga dala niyo? Haha

Mae: For sure masarap yan! Thank you!

Marge: Next time ulit ha? Hahaha

Dzi: Jan kayo magaling! Sa pagkain, ano Den? Aly? How's Baguio?

Aly: Ayun! Malamig pa din tsaka infairness, katabi pa rin siya ng La Union.
