"Tini, is it you?!", he said not believing what he was seeing.

"Eh, yes, I thought you moved back to Mexico!"

"No, I didn't...yet, I was...I don't know..."

"So you're planning on going back or not?"

"No, I don't think so, maybe I have a reason to stay..."

"Stephie?"

"Eh, no, I and Stephie aren't together anymore, for over two years already..."

"Who has been your girlfriend all the time then?"

"I haven't really had a girlfriend and I'm still single..."

"Oh, really? Me too...umm..."

"Why are you here again?"

"Well...I wanted to come back, it's great to be here again", I said smiling at him. He didn't say anyhing so I kept talking. "Actually right now I'm trying to find Mechi, do you know where she is?"

"I think she's still inside", he answered.

"Thanks", I said. "Are you coming?"

"Yeah", he mumbled and went inside with me. I was looking for Mechi, she was probably upstairs. Jorge guided me through the building and we went upstairs, I saw Mechi sitting at a table with Cande, Ruggero, Alba and...Peter?!

"Peter", I said surprised. He was holding Mechi's hand...

"Tini?!", Mechi screamed and hugged me immediately. "Wow, you have even grown a bit!"

"Actually my high heels are a bit higher", I said then.

"Embarrassing...ANYWAYS! I'm glad you're here! And I see you're in good company", she winked and then looked to Jorge.

"Um, Mechi?! NO!" It was like I never actually left. Instead of the fact that Peter was still sitting next to her.

"Hahaha, it was just a joke", she mumbled then.

"So you're with Peter?", I asked a bit nervous.

"Eh, yeah...we're together for a year now", she responded and smiled at Peter.

"A whole year?!", I opened my mouth. "Umm, are you two happy?"

"Yes", Peter said. "Very happy"

"I'm glad", I mentioned but I still couldn't believe they were together, I mean, Mechi and PETER?! Wasn't she with Xabi?! What happened... "Mechi, can we talk alone?"

We went downstairs and I began talking. "So you're with Peter now, but what happened to Xabi?!"

"That's a long story..."

"So?"

"Well, a few weeks after you left he began acting strange, it's because his father died and he didn't tell me! He let all of his feelings inside of him and didn't want to share them with me! I didn't know how to hep him...one day I followed him to the grave of his father...that's how I found out...I lef thim then, he lied to me the whole time! And Peter was there to comfort me and...I fell in love with him...you're not angry that I'm dating him, are you?"

"No, of course I'm not, it's just a bit strange to me..."

"But you know, Jorge is free now", she nudged me as Jorge came downstairs.

"Mechi!", I gave her an angry look, I really didn't know what this allusion should have meant, Jorge didn't like me anyway. He never would have gone out with a girl like me.

"Girls, do you come upstairs again? It's beginning to get boring", Jorge mumbled and we all went upstairs. We chatted for a little bit longer but they began to leave. Ruggero and Cande left first, hand in hand, they' were so cute. Alba left a few minutes later too and as Peter decided to leave, Mechi followed him.

"So we're alone. Again", I mumbled.

"Do you want to get going or should we..."

"Should we...?"

"Go somewhere else maybe? There's a park not far away from here"

"Sure", I agreed and we went to the park. It's a really nice park, the trees bloomed and everywhere were flowers, I love summer.

"Do you go here often?", I asked Jorge.

"Sometimes. I used to go here before but lately I don't have time for it"

"Oh, really? Are you busy?"

"Not that busy, it's just...I don't know, I forget about it mostly, but it reminds me of you"

"How do you mean that?"

"Well, you're always in a good mood and laugh a lot, this park has such a great atmosphere, everywhere a people having a good time and...do you want some ice cream?"

"Sure", I smiled.

He got me ice cream and said: "Here you go"

"Thanks", I answered and got out my purse. "How much was it?"

"No, Tini, it's okay"

"But-"

"No buts. It's okay, it's my pleasure", he explained while putting a smile on his face. His smile was very nice, he looked so cute when he was happy.

"Eh, what did you say?", I asked confused.

"I asked how your arrival was...weren't you listening?"

"Sorry, I was lost in thoughts"

"Is it because of Peter?"

"No...um, anyway, look, there's the river, let's go there!", I said taking his hand and pulling him to the river.

"It's beautiful, isn't it?", he asked and stared into my eyes. I coudln't stop staring into his eyes either, they're so amazing, those hazel eyes.
