She woke up feeling disoriented and lightheaded. This is not her room, neither Max's. She stood up from the bed and looked around. Someone's standing by the door.
"Max?" She teared up just by calling out his name.
"Ssh, ako lang 'to, be. Lasing ka lang, okay?"
"I'm not s-shupposed to be here. Magagalit shi Max."
Giniya siya ng babae pabalik sa kama at inalalayang humiga. She wanted to see Max but her eyes are drooping.
"Nooo, I haff to go back. Max ish waiting."
"Okay, okay. Pero pahinga ka muna, bukas pupuntahan natin si Max."
"Hmm", she mumbled before everything went blank...
