"Hickeys," he clarified making my eyes widen. I glared at him and frowned.

"I'll be in your room," I mouthed, he just nodded.

Tumungo nga ako sa loob ng kwarto niya at doon nagtago. Hindi ako p'wedeng tumambay doon habang kinakausap niya si Captain Burgos. Ayoko ring lumabas dahil nando'n 'yong sekretarya at baka kung ano isipin lalo na't may marka ako sa leeg ko.

"Draisen, damn you!" I muttered under my breath while looking at the hickeys he left all over my neck. 

Nasa banyo na ako at kitang kita rito ang mga marka. I don't have any idea how to get rid of it. I tried washing it but of course nothing happened. I got some ice from his fridge and covered it with a towel. I pressed the cold compress on my neck.

"Pasaway ka talagang bato ka."

I frowned more, but smiled afterwards. Humiga pa ako sa may couch at sumipa sipa. Tumikhim ako at niyakap na lang 'yong unan.

"Baliw na nga talaga ako." I mumbled.

Minutes passed and I heard the door open. Pumasok sa loob si Draisen at agad na napatingin sa'kin. He still looked blank as always, but there's this glow in his void-like eyes as he stared at me. 

Mukhang tapos na siya makipag-usap kay Captain Burgos. He probably felt bored alone outside. Nakatitig lang siya sa akin kaya kumunot ang noo ko sa kung anong gusto niyang mangyari. 

I opened my arms, offering an embrace. He quickly went towards me for a hug. Napangiti ako kasi para akong may inaalagaang aso. He's really comfortable hugging me that I felt relaxed as well. Nakaupo lang kami sa may sofa at nakayakap sa isa't isa.

"May problema?" I softly asked, caressing his hair. 

He tightened his hug and sighed quietly.

"Just...tired." 

"Do you want to sleep?" 

He nuzzled on me, resting his head on my neck. Napangiti ako kasi hindi siya nahihiyang magpakababy sa akin. And I find it really heartwarming seeing him find comfort in me. 

"What kind of sleep are we talking about?" he whispered. 

Natawa ako. "May iba pa bang ibig sabihin ng pagtulog sa'yo?"

"Whenever you say we should sleep, it would end up you suddenly kissing me and will start taking my clothes off. Then it would lead to—"

"Alam mo minsan kailangan talaga natin ng kapayapaan at katahimikan." I immediately cut him off before I could die of embarrassment. "Mahirap na baka makadagdag pa tayo ng polusyon sa Pilipinas."

He buried his face on my neck, chuckling a little. Napasimangot ako kasi alam kong sinasadya niya dahil alam niyang ganito ang ire-react ko. He's being vocal so that I'd feel flustered.

Dahil nainis ako ay hinigpitan ko ang pagkakayakap sa kanya. I leaned forward and bit his neck hard. I heard him groaned a little. 

"Huwag mo nga akong asarin." I frowned, annoyed.

"My lab rat's a biter." he acted hurt touching the spot that I've bitten, but there was a small grin on his face. "So feisty," 

"Namumuro ka na sa'kin, Draisen Jonvick! I deserve to be treated like a girlfriend, not some kind of lab rat you'd try your experiments on."

Mas lalo akong sumimangot nang marinig ko ang mahinang pagtawa niya. He held my hand and kissed it softly. He stared at me intently that I flinched.

"Then how should I treat my girlfriend, hmm?"

He pronounced each words suggestively that I had a hard time keeping my frown. Napapangisi na rin tuloy ako kasi naman kakaiba manglandi ang isang 'to!
