Fitting Songs 3; Explaining Part 1

Here's my reasons behind choosing each song;

Kai; Light 'em Up

Whenever he's really hauling ass in a fight this song plays in his head to get him to keep going

Evil!Kai; Play With Fire

Self-explanitory, he likes to set things on fire

Kai(after Lloyd got possessed); This is Gospel

He felt a lot of things during Lloyd's possession; sadness, confusion, anger. But knowing that there wasn't anything he could do made him feel so much worse

Jay; Electric Love/Perfect

Both songs about Nya, and just him being a flustered dork

Mr.Glass Man

This one goes off of Movie-Jay a lot more, but basically he's learning to get over his anxieties

Zane; Snowman

A fangirl showed this to him to try and confess, but he didn't understand it and just thought the song was nice

Zane to Julien; Dr.Gaster

Now that I think about it the lyrics work so much better for Borg, this could be him talking to Borg after he dies

Lloyd; Message Man

Just in his feels and likes to listen to the song

Young-ish!Lloyd(post-Child'sPlay); We Don't Believe What's on TV

Going through that emo phase and listening to this on loop

Possessed!Lloyd; I'm So Sorry

I like to think that while he was under Morro's control- and right after- he kept apologizing for everything happening

Movie!Lloyd; This Song Saved My Life

A thank you song to the ninja for always being there for him

Nya; Confident/Ain't Your Mama

Just her being fed up with everyone

Falling For You

Trying to reject her crush on Jay

Pixal; Dance to Forget - TryHardNinja

Something Zane heard her singing in the dark once

Cole; High Hopes

Trying to stay optimistic despite his judgemental family(works for Lloyd too)

Cole to his dad; I'm Still Standing

A rebellious song showing that despite how forceful his father was at getting him into preforming, he's doing just fine being who he wants to be

Skylar or Harumi maybe; Angry Too

The reasons behind them being evil make so much sense for this song

Lloyd and Nya(cuz of s9 i think); The Resistance

Also self-explanitory

Impostor!Kai + Impostor!Nya(Among Us); No Mercy

Goes off of my headcanons; Nya is always first to boot Kai off the ship for a chance to win

All Ninja; We Are Young/Thanks for the Memories/Not Gonna Die

Reminicing about what happened/will happen in their lives

Centuries

Something they think of to help them keep fighting. One time Jay started singing it and the others decided to chme in and that somehow let them win

Morro; Why Worry/Sick of It

Both have kinda the same premise for him; an attempt to convince Lloyd to be evil with him, Sick of It it the first attempt which fails. Why Worry is kind of a guilt-trip, which catches him off guard long enough to be possessed

Ronin; Thief

Personally I think Ronin grew up in a bad part of town, and broke many people's hearts in the process. He knows how to manipulate, but it got the best of him when he encountered the ghost

Lloyd to Harumi; Change

Lloyd doesn't want to come to terms with the fact that Harumi never loved him, so he tries his best to help her turn good. Even though after the actual song Spinel does, 'Rumi does not

Evil!Lloyd + Harumi; Partners in Crime

Just a chaotic ass couple; they had fun while robbing, killing and doing whatever they wanted. But they got caught by the ninja and police, which led to them being shot by said police
